We had a party of 10, most of the food was good, however the 6 oz Sirloin was a terrible cut, with alot of gristle. The mashed potatoes were only about 1/4 cup. The steak was cooked perfectly tho. The side salad I ordered for my 2nd side, was an upgrade, so the meal, with ice tea, was 30.00 with the tip. Disappointed in the meal to say the least. I'll choose something different, if we go again.
Our Waitress was amazing and took care great care of us, but they were very short of help, for a 2:00pm reservation on a Sunday. We waited over an hour for the food. But we enjoyed visiting with our out of town family. ☮️

Extremely long wait times for the most basic of orders. Food is okay, the portions were incredibly inconsistent. Two of our kids meals portions were double what the adult meals were. One of our kids meals was a third of the size of the other two. We had a nice waitress, but she was extremely slow. Some members of our party were finished before others even got their food.

Madison was my waitress and it was an overall great experience. Good food and service!

Seated right away; got our 2 drinks quickly; ordered fairly quickly and that's about the highlight of the evening. It took 75 minutes to get chicken alfredo (it was good) and a basic burger (not so great) and fries. Unacceptable. Our server (Madison) was apologetic. She doesn't control the kitchen (unless she didn't put our order in ... who knows). We did have to track her down to get silverware after we did finally get our food. Also had to track her down to get our check receipt. She must have been very new to this job. By the way, fellas, the urinal is one of those really low ones that you can't keep from splashing and getting your lower legs wet. Rip that thing out and do it properly! We've eaten here several times in the past and it hasn't been this bad before. Not too likely to return. Never had these problems at the Springfield locations.

We reserved the big party room for my mom's 90th birthday. Kami was our server and she was very professional, sweet personality and very attentive. The food was delicious and received in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Brealynn (The GM) was awesome. BW provided all the setup for The Clever Booster Club “walking taco” night for the Home field football game. We sold out! Great food, great service. Thank you!

Mya was a wonderful waitress. She was personable, efficient and fantastic at her job. Made dinner worry free and fun. 10/10 going back, was so nice to relax a little while we had some amazing food and even better service!

Got there 545. Seated and waited 30 minutes for our drinks (mostly water. ..no alcohol)
We came here because my Mom passed away 1 year ago today and my Dad goes to the bar there and we usually eat there a few times a year.
I was sick and asked for my order/drink to go. Everyone almost done eating and I had to go to the bar and wait on my order that was supposedly forgotten. I ordered coastal combo (chicken, shrimp, penned pasta). Walked out of restaurant close to 730.
Got home to willard......no pasta in my order. Only chicken/shrimp.
Good Lord people ....do better. If you are overwhelmed.....use a wait list for petes sakes!

Total scam they charged me 11.40 for a beer that’s made in USA when they advertised 5 dollars on game days like today Monday! Never again will they get a dollar of my cash!

Took a long break from this place because of a really bad experience. We gave it another shot recently and the service hasn't improved. Bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken.
