Will not be back to this location. Food was good, but service was slow. Our server seemed nice so we left her a good cash tip. We tried to give it to her directly but she said to leave it on the table. She ended up not being nice as we thought. Next day found she charged an additional tip to the card! I usually don’t make it a point to put bad reviews but that is not right to take an extra tip for yourself and scam people out of their money!!

the Republic location; stopped in again this evening trying to give this location one more try. walked in at 6:15, half the tables empty was informed of a 15-20 minute wait, with previous visits being adequate service, lukewarm food and slow food being served. So we chose to eat elsewhere again. Lack of adequate employees is always their excuse. But amazingly other locations (Springfield, Ozark, Nixa) never seem to have these issues. we will never be back.

Our bartender/server Cassie (hope I spelled that right) was so sweet and accommodating even though we showed up about an hour before closing time. She spoiled me a little because it was my birthday too. We had the hot wings and a salad which were both fresh and tasted great. Solid eatery for being a chain restaurant.

Had one issue with one of our plates. No biggie and was swapped. Service was good and we sat outside on the patio and it was clean and nice.

My fiancé and I decided to have a dinner date before the movies. We got sat in Megan’s section and she was wonderful she suggested the coastal combo and it was delicious! Definitely recommend and will be back!

My toast for my sandwich was hard and scraped my upper mouth but my mothers was perfect so not sure it was a normal thing overall great food

Had a great experience! Came to big whiskeys for the first time and had Madison as my waitress. She was very friendly and did an amazing job! Food was great. Would definitely go back

I swear they can’t get it right. Six weeks in a row I asked for a side of ranch and it never happens. Sometimes when I double check the waitress will say I personally put it in there myself. Never happens.

Went there today, party of 4. We got seated, and then twenty minutes went by we never were visited once. Several workers went by several times and did not acknowledge us. We left and went somewhere else.
