I got take out on 09/13/25 for myself and grandkids,the sweet and sour chicken was good but the fried rice had no flavor at all nor did the lo mein noodles. It was a disappointment since we love Chinese food.

Food is good as always but water taste like bleach. Straight out of the sink Republic water. Needs to be filtered at bare minimum. If that changes this would be a 5 star

The food is good. The selection could be more. I am accustomed to other oriental buffets offering more. They could also do a better job at draining the grease off the food. The egg rolls were soaking in it. Also, they need to turn the air conditioning on. I won't be going back to pay money to sit and eat with no air conditioning. It made the entire meal experience dreadful. I might try back in cooler months to see if they have improved.
We came here Friday night and it was the best buffet in Republic! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The service was amazing with kind servers and a great cashier, I was treated with respect and kindness! I am definitely going back again.

Service, and food were good but there is a terrible fly problem. And when we were there they didn’t have air conditioning. Between the flies, and sweating it was a miserable experience. I’m fairly certain there were more flies than food on the buffet.

The cashew sauce tasted like half soy sauce and half corn starch. The chicken was tough and stringy. I asked for fried rice and got sticky white rice. No egg roll. There's a good amount of there sauce and chicken, it was just gross and I had to make a PBJ!
