The pizza tasted stale and old, like it was sitting out for awhile. I bought two ranch cups, and the driver didn’t deliver them. When I called the store they said they wouldn’t send out a driver just for ranch cups. Awfulll customer service. 👎🏽

Philly cheesesteak shows an actual sandwich with steak on it...... what I got was a glorified grilled cheese with 2 little slivers of steak that I had to move cheese around to even find I ate half and honestly thought they just forgot

I made an online order that did not go through to the store. However, it did go through on my bank statement. The customer service by the manager was horrible. After lying to me about how my bank system works LOL which makes sense since he's a manager at a pizza place and not a bank, he did nothing to resolve my situation. I will no longer be a customer of Domino's. Customer service goes a long way and they have none.

They do a good job and have never had a problem with then except when I order extra cheese and topping it would be nice if they gave you extra toppings and cheese instead of just a little bit extra that u can barely tell but other then that they are GREAT!

We live between two Domino’s locations, so when we order online to use our points, the system often sends our order to the ‘wrong’ Domino’s, meaning it goes to the other location. While it’s not a big deal as long as we get our food, the issue is that the second Domino’s always sends the same delivery driver, who gets extremely frustrated because he can’t find our address. Our home is in a new development, and for some reason, it only appears on Apple Maps, not Google Maps.

Whenever drivers have trouble finding us, we politely ask if they have an iPhone so they can use Apple Maps to locate the address. However, this particular driver becomes visibly annoyed and responds, ‘I don’t believe in iPhones,’ and seems upset that we can’t give him quick, precise directions. We always explain that we’ve just moved, not only to this neighborhood but also to this state, and would appreciate a bit of patience as we try to help. Unfortunately, this driver is consistently impatient and irritable, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable for us.
