Never going back here. First ill say that its not like they had a full house. Like maybe 12 people in here max. Ordered 3 meals to go and 20 minutes later people had came and gone yet our food still wasnt ready. About 15 min in the lady who rang us up actually had to walk out and ask us what we ordered. Really! There was only 2 of us and we sat close ( in plain sight ) with three drinks as they finally made our food ready to eat in the restaurant! So then they had to make it to go.
I ordered bbq nachos it came with hot cheese, and COLD pork! On the lid it even said bbq nachos yet they forgot the BBQ sauce! Also some idiot took the liberty to adding jalapeños I had to pick off the top.
Im going to start checking my orders everywhere I go from now on. This experience was just unreal. Taco bell would have been better than this place. And FYI, cold meat goes on salads and sandwiches. Not bbq nachos. Unreal

The staff and cooks were extremely friendly and easy to work with. They forgot to add cheese to my daddy’s salad and to our pleasant surprise they came back with a whole cup of cheese! 😂 It’s safe to say this is the best McAlister's in the 417. It’s definitely worth the extra drive

Had a small family reunion with our daughter and her family, my two sisters and parts of their families at the Republic, MO store. Hadn't visited a McAlister's in many years and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of choices. My wife and I had the same meal, but with different sides and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The wait staff was very patient with the large group and kept an eye to make sure we had everything we needed. I will go back next time in Missouri.

Disappointed with my lunch today. I ordered the ultimate nachos with veggie chili. There were a lot of dry tortilla chips, and my veggie chili consisted of brown liquid with literally one bean on the entire plate.

Food was great, but the service, let's just say I won't be going back. The girl taking our order, rude as hell. She kept trying to rush the ordering. Then someone else brought out food to us, has no idea what she was doing, looked at us like we were stupid and threw our food at us. The atmosphere felt like no one wants to work. It was awkward. Idk how anyone can eat there. But like I said the food was good.
Even though there was a line to the door, we are taken care of quickly. The Garden Chicken Salad never disappoints.

The service was excellent - the food was perfect - and Gylian was super helpful and courteous as my stay was much longer than usual; as I finished my project.
