When I think of McAlisters, my first thought is their sweet tea! I can't get enough of it! One sip, and you'll thank me! Their food is good, too! Maybe a little pricier than other places, but good! And, their tea is free refills. So, top it off before you hit the road!

I’ve been sick so I’ve eaten here the last three days and every single time they forget my pickle today I actually put in my last name as don’t forget my pickle and guess what they forgot? Of course it’s not worth turning around and going back for just super lame. They can’t actually do something so so simple.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Terrible food! Ordered the buffalo chicken nachos- not enough ingredients to even barely touch the nachos. The "Auntie Anne hot dog bites" - were some knockoff and completely inedible! Threw most of the food away :( Will NOT be ordering from there again!
I ordered 2 roast beef dips with chips and only received 1 bag of chips instead of 2. Just now picked it up and took it to my husband's work. This is the 2nd time it has happened. It's not rocket science to make sure orders are correct especially online and call ins when people only have a limited amount of time for lunch. Not happy. Also was supposed to get 2 free pickles and did not get those either. Too bad cause food is good but service sucks.

Kaleb Rocks!! Great customer service, ensured a fantastic experience. I enjoyed the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch!! Tomatoe and Cucumber salad was fresh - loved it.Wish I took pictures.. next time, for sure.

Food was delicious and fresh, staff was polite and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. A+Parking: Parking is free, but very difficult to navigate at times due to other parking lots and businesses boundaries and one way turn etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space in dining area and restrooms.
A shout out to the gal at the register (I believe her name is Rihanna?) who went above and beyond to make my order request possible! Just when I had decided on the new buffalo chicken nachos as one of my pick two items, it was announced from the kitchen that they were out of nacho chips. When she saw the obvious disappointment on my face she asked me to hold on, walked over to the take-out station and grabbed some bags of nacho chips from there and handed them back to the kitchen to complete my order! I overheard the kitchen guy ask her why, and she said, “because the customer really wanted to try that item.” Customer Service above and beyond!!! Thank you!
