I love this place! Only problems I ever incur are with the staff being a lil… young. They’re young and… probably their first job so try and keep that in mind. ? Pizza is delicious and still very reasonably priced. ??

The big thing for me and pizza is a quality crust. Don’t get me wrong all the others are important but what I find is where most pizza places with low quality and under expectations customer service, have poor crust. It takes the most effort and time to make. Tend to be the product left past its prime for proofing, if people don’t care about what they are doing. This Papa Murphy’s has good crust and we are always happy riding here, trusting in a quality product.

When I walked in 2 employees were behind the counter, did not great me just ignored me. When I decided what I wanted I walked up to the register and asked if I placed my order here? The lady shook her head yes when I turned and looked at the menu I said "ok I want....." When I looked back she was gone and the other employee looked at me and walked off. So I walked out. I will not give my money to a business where the employees are rude and ignore you. Very poor customer service.

Walked in Feb 9 to order a pizza. First in line standing and waiting with people behind me. The kid comes up and ask the guy behind me if he can help him. Did I not look like I was standing there? When another kid walks out from the back and stands at the other register and looks at me and says nothing. So I said ‘may I have a cowboy pizza’. He rudely says it will be a long time. So I say ‘how long’. He literally goes over and counts the receipts and gives me a time. His whole attitude and rudeness was awful. I look at him and say ‘I will just go somewhere else since you don’t want to sell me a pizza anyway.’ This is not my first rude experience in here and I will not be going back guaranteed.

First, my family and I love Papa Murphy's Pizza! I was sent a notification that any pizza, without restriction, would be 30% off until January 20, when ordered online. I ordered and there was no mention of the discount and no way to add it. I asked about it at the store and they had never heard of it. Disappointing.

None of my sauce or topping were weighed or measured. I got a thin crust Thai Chicken which did not bake crispy cause sauce was just poured on there with zero weight known. I ask to add tomatoes and no crushed pepper and had to stand there and tell them to add or take off cause it wasn’t on the slip. Working at a Papa Murphy’s before I was quite dissatisfied and disappointed in the pie I drove 2 hours for.

I had a walk in order. There were two teenage kids arguing over who was going to "work" and make the pizza. This went on for far too long. One was newer and didn't know how to make my pizza. The other was busy doing nothing in the back. My pizza took a literal 42 minutes to make. They do not even cook them! Just assembled! Six other customers came in and waited just as long. Absolutely unacceptable.
