We honestly stopped going to Popeyes in Springfield because the service and food was always terrible, our family started going to the one in Republic, this location, and it’s been perfect every time. I have to give special shout out to Jada. She is seriously SO accommodating, kind, and 10/10 customer service. The food and service is always great coming from this location.

I came to the reviews to let someone know about some issues..but, I can tell by the automatic responses "from owner" to customer complaints, that the issue stem from poor management/owner. I could list my complaints, but they're the same complaints everyone else has had that seem to not matter to them.

I hate to speak poorly of people. But something is not right with this Popeyes. Most of my visits have been ridiculous. It's no wonder that they have a rating of 2.5 stars. This was my last time here.

11/15/24, waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Girl kept saying sorry, be a bit longer. My daughter went inside, the lady was standing at the cash register, while customers are telling my daughter that the lady has an attitude and being hateful. At the least we deserve free meals.

My wife just went to Republic location and waited in drive through line for 45 minutes without moving. People were leaving line to go inside then coming right back out. She decided to go in to be greeted at the door by another customer who told her there was an hour wait. The employees were screaming and fighting right in front of customers. I don't know what is going on at this particular location but it has been awful for a long time now. I love Popeyes and I really want to see it succeed. Corporate needs to do something to fix this location. Pay more to get better workers. Chick Filet and Culver's operate like a well oiled machine. It has to be low pay, shortage of workers, and management. All fixable. But I know greedy corporations don't like to pay employees properly or get enough workers to keep it moving. You get what you pay for. Good pay will get you good employees. Like i said look at other more busy restaurants that operate smoothly. Please fix this location corporate.We need friendly, professional l, and fast service. And quality food.

It's so frustrating . I love Popeyes chicken but this location almost always gets my order wrong or they take a very long time to make my order every time .

We waited over an hour for a few sandwiches. The food was unseasoned and they didn't give anyone biscuits. There were only a couple people in the lobby (they were also there for 45+ minutes) and there was no line at the drive through. Only go if you have too much time on your hands.
I preordered online and still waited 12 minutes longer. When I got the food it was miniature, my 3 piece tenders were about the size of one in the old days.

Bag was shoved in my face and window shut without drinks, 5 piece was really 4, all chicken was dry, and biscuits were forgotten. Receipt wasn’t even glanced at when serving us.
