We stopped in today for the burnt end sandwiches. Fantastic! As well as the bbq sauces, best baked beans we’ve ever had, great mac and cheese, burger, and Texas twinkies. We will definitely be back! Great customer service as well. I highly recommend stopping in.
This BBQ is worth the drive. We have had the loaded Mac and cheese with pulled pork wow it was so good. The brisket was awesome it was cooked perfectly with the right amount of fat meat ratio we took more home with us. The cheddar halopeno sausage was so good has a bite but not too much took more of it home too. The burnt ends were so good you could cut them with a plastic fork took them home too, and the baked beans were perfect they were so thick you could eat them with a fork....
This is easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. While the patty was slightly dry, it's made from ground brisket, smoked to perfection, and topped with cheese. The real magic happens when you add your choice of smoked meats. I tried the pork belly, which was *incredible*, and the chopped brisket—slightly salty but still delicious.
