Customer service and drinks were both terrible. Our order only had 2 drinks but a group of 8 girls who ordered after us were given their order first. My frap tasted like watered down ice and my husbands drink was not made correctly nor was he offered the chance to have it remade. Will not be back to this Starbucks. Very disappointed
The drinks tasted sugarless. The girl was also just talking to another girl deciding to stop making our drinks, to have a conversation.
Seriously disappointed every time. Won’t be going here again. I was the 4th person in line. Took 30 minutes to get my frap. It had almost no whip which looks like it was the last of the container, cup was covered in coffee and bit of chocolate (no chocolate in my drink). The last two visits left me with just as poor drinks.
I expect my $6 drink to look and taste better than what I could make at home. They also didn’t know how to make a basic espresso frap.
