Absolute Garbage Service
Came in yesterday and dealt with the most infuriating nonsense. Girl at the counter had headphones on, couldn’t hear a damn thing—I had to yell my order over and over. Said “mayonnaise, that’s all” for my sandwich, and she puts on the mayonnaise and then for some reason *ranch* on it. I wouldn’t care that much if it was something else but I hate ranch. I ask, “Is that ranch?” and she’s like, “Huh, what?”—maybe if you ditched the freaking headphones, you’d know! She offers to remake it but huffs and puffs like I’m the jerk for wanting what I actually ordered. I say forget it, I’m not waiting another 10 minutes for you to remake it, I’ll just go without…but then she has the *audacity* to charge me FULL PRICE for the sandwich soaked with ranch, I don’t even want!
No apology, no discount, nothing—just stood there like I’m supposed to eat the cost of her screw-up. I told her straight up, “I’m not paying for that,” I paid for the rest of my stuff tho at full price, I didn’t eat anything that night, so thanks. She acted annoyed, but I’m the one who’s pissed! Oh, and she randomly cut my other sandwich into four pieces (didn’t ask for that), and my kid’s pizza? Asked for six slices, got five—how do you even do that I’m confused lmao? She was checked out, headphones glued on, and I’m livid I got charged for a sandwich I wouldn’t touch without being kindly offered a remake or atleast a discount? How are headphones not a code violation? Every place I’ve worked at food service wise is a strict no headphones policy. Take those damn headphones off and do your job. -not a karen just a person who wants decent service.

We got sub sandwiches for dinner on Mar. 1st. Have never had a bad experience from them before but this time the bread was so hard could not eat it. This needs to be fixed. When they were fixing the sandwiches there is no way the person making the sandwiches did not know the bread was too dry to sell or use. Very disappointed in the food this time.

Always very organized and clean, this Subway makes a tasty sandwich. The employees are efficient and friendly and attentive to customers preferences. Besides being a bit pricey., over $8 for a regular 6 inch, I always get a good sandwich .

Valerie that works there is really awesome! Great customer service
Subway is running this completely gimmicky program to offer $6.99 footlongs, in an effort to save their failing business. When we visited we were informed that you MUST use the app to get this. We installed the app, attempted to put in an order and it only applies to one of two sandwiches. When I asked about that, the staff rudely informed me that it only applies to one sandwich per order. Their gimmick has turned me from a customer to a former customer.

VAL, what do I even say. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! We arrive and there is a group in front of us finishing up, Kylie is the only one moving with any speed and smile on her face. Val snaps on her in front of everyone with full sass telling her she’s not doing things in the right order. Kylie finishes ringing someone up with Val continues to move like a snail. Kylie comes and helps us with our family of 5 order while VAL keeps taking customers after us instead of assisting with the current customers order. After her doing this twice I said “why is it that you snapped at Kylie for doing it “wrong” but you’re not helping with our order and passing over us now twice?” She went off the hinge yelling I’m not her mom, I’m not her customer, I’m Kylie’s customer and she’s suppose to do our whole order herself. We got to subway often and this is never how it works, this woman rolled her eyes at everything Kylie did. I felt horrible for her, what a terrible environment to work in! Val then proceeding to have her spouse come up and tell him what happened in front of us and waited for us to leave. Kylie is working and Val is talking to her spouse, he was there for a good 20min minimum I’m assuming to try to intimidate us (didn’t work). The two customers that she passed us with both apologized before I ever said anything to her, because it’s not how it works!!!! Kylie was the sweetest woman, she kept a smile on her face even when Val was embarrassing her and tearing her down in front of customers. This is horrible and I would like to speak with the manager when they come back on duty. My kids were there and she was yelling at me when I simply asked a question.
Worst quality Subway I’ve been to. I’m not one to write bad reviews and be a Karen but I’m very disappointed. Asked for a grilled chicken salad but my order was wrong and my sandwich is VERY subpar. On top of that, my receipt was thrown away before I could ask for it. Luckily still got my money back. Food is not worth the price at all, and service could be improved. Not coming here again.

If you’re using a coupon, you should be told upfront if the sandwich does not apply. The lettuce was rotten and slimy.

Told the lady I had a coupon. Got to where I had to pay and she said it was expired. So I walked out. Complete waste of time. If they were that worried she should have asked before she made the food.
