I have the car recorded from my purchase about 50 minutes ago. As I was going through the drive-through, I provided my order and specifically stated how I wanted our food to be. I was never asked about sauce. As I got to the last window where they hand the food out, the manager in the red shirt with glasses and blonde hair, asked me if I was for sure I didn’t want any sauce and I said Well no I would like barbecue sauce please. She’s smarted off and said well how many do you need because our inventory is gonna be messed up. I didn’t take it to personal due to the store being busy, and told her whatever comes with five biggie bags would be fine. She then proceeded to lecture me, very degrading and hatefully tell me that they ask what sauce specifically for that purpose so their inventory looks right. I told the lady I was not asked for sauce therefore I didn’t even think about it but I did tell them I only wanted ketchup on the burgers which were completely incorrect and fully loaded with everything that comes on the sandwiches Plus everything was cold. She barely gave me my order before waving her hand in my face telling me that she could hear the orders through her headset and if that was true then she would’ve heard me specifically tell them only catch up on the burgers and she would’ve heard that I wasn’t asked about sauce but regardless, She threw two bags at me and told me to have a great day. She took off waving her hands at me disrespectfully. I was not hostile nor was I disrespectful I actually was very very pleasant as I was trying to get back home. It’s a 30+ minute drive and my kids were hungry. I checked my food bags and not everything was there and the young girl in the black outfit handed me the remainder of my order and I said wow, she was very rude to me and she didn’t even give me all my food and was trying to tell me to have a good day to leave without all of my stuff. The girl shrugged her shoulders and said I am very sorry I don’t know what’s her problem. When I got home is when we learned that there was food incorrect and the food was cold cold as if it had been sitting there for a very long time which is insane as you would think things would be fresh as it’s claimed. When I realize that not only was everything incorrect and cold after how I was treated I called them to report it asking for a refund. I was told I had to drive all the way back to the store with my receipt and all the food if I wanted a refund. I told them how far away I live and I’m not driving all the way back but I do have my receipt and I will gladly take pictures. The one lady told me that I was being hostile because I was trying to tell her all of what was happening because I wanted them to be aware of the mistreatment and how it was unprofessional and really not appropriate whenever it wasn’t asked. And if that is something the employees are supposed to do then they needed to know that it wasn’t done but she was completely Hostile with me so I began recording the call. I recorded the entire conversation and whenever she passed me off to another manager because she said she couldn’t deal with me which it’s all recorded and trust me, I wasn’t the one being disrespectful as that is not in my nature as it is and the lady that was disrespectful to me which is why I asked for a full refund due to how badly they mistreated me in the first place, she began telling me that I was being hostile, that she’s trying to help me and I need to help her by providing my name and address. She said they’d mail coupons but I wouldn’t get a full refund even though the entire order was wrong and nasty… and I mean nasty. We’ve had too many encounters where it’s gross and never fresh.. she said I was being hostile when I spelled my name out and address? Then she kept saying I was being rude when I was literally telling her my zip code; so I said: Ma’am, I’ve been recording this call and I am not the one who has been or started the unprofessional misconduct… and she hung up. It is legal to record calls in the state and this is why I did because she wa
You got to be kidding me, I thought the dollar biscuits were going to be just a biscuit and meat but they were the full blown sandwiches

Every person here hates their job and you cannot convince me otherwise lol. They’re either horribly rude or don’t talk to you at ALL, and I’m not exaggerating.

Okay, food would be good if they weren't using old grease for their fries, and chicken. The moment they cool off both are chicken nuggets and fries are dry. I understand if it's busy, but try to change out the grease.

Whoever was working on July 3rd night crew, did amazing. I tried the Dave’s Single for the first time ever and I was blown away, I loved it. All my food and even fries, were hot. The customer service and especially the lady at the window, was sooo kind. I’m very impressed by this Wendy’s, thank you so much.

Went through the various buildings which took us back in time. Very interesting and fun place to look around. Small gift shop. Did see an area for food in back but did not go back there. No charge and the lady was very friendly and answered questions.

Stopped in today, I was in a bit of a hurry. Had to get back to work. I got here about 12:20 on Sunday, 5-18-2025. Wendy's was packed. I had a trailer on, so no drive-through for me. I had to go in. Very long line. As I stood there, I observed the gentleman running the cash register and taking orders. He was phenomenal. His customer service was fantastic, talked very clearly, loud enough for people to hear him over the kitchen, extremely respectful and courteous. He was taking orders, asking questions to ensure the correct items were selected, he was getting food and setting it on trays, and being very thorough with the orders. It was an absolute joy to watch him and how he treated people. As a business owner and employer, I watch things like this. It's always refreshing to see people like this. It makes customers happier, the atmosphere more inviting and just overall makes it more of an enjoyable transaction and experience.
I regret not getting his name so he could be recognized by management. But maybe the date and time will help. I've always enjoyed this Wendy's, always clean, always fast, and the food is always fresh. But this gentleman added a little enjoyment today with his customer service. You have a keeper, Wendy's, a rare diamond in the rough in today's workforce. Take care of him.
By the way, for as busy as Wendy's was today and how far back I was in the line, I was back in my truck by 12:48. Impressive.
As always, thanks for the great food and friendly service.
