Food is good but we wait over 30 minutes and then found out they lost our ticket. We were not offered any money back. Also one of the people taking orders was incredibly rude and gave multiple people dirty looks often. She also refused to help me while I was at the window and went to the back even tho she was standing by the window when I went up.

I don't get it you have good food but both times I ordered from you some how you can't get it right the first time I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and a chicken sandwich with just tomatoes and mustard and some how you forgot the chicken sandwich we had to go back for and when I got it the sandwich had mayo and lettuce..so I let it go... this time I ordered the same thing and was very clear I only wanted mustard and tomato on it so what do I get lettuce and tomato I gave you 2 shots and you blow it..so I will have to say sorry never again...

Worst experience ever. Hadn't been able to eat all day and was on our way out of town. Stopped at Petes next door and k ew that we would have to order pizza. I suggested we stop next door because it should be quicker so we could get back on the road. We ordered at 307 pm. Afyer almost 30 min i told my husband go back up and get our money back. While the girl was giving his money back she hollars back and says tell them to not make those burgers????? Almost 30 min and they hadnt even started them. So disappointing
Took order for 2 burgers and fries waited over 25 min and had not got food was not busy. So don't know if food good or not. Just don't be hurry if stop here. Got money

I'm eager to change my review...!Both times i went though i was disappointed. The employees were only focused on making the other feel stupid (one girl seemed to be training another, but very rudely!) The meal for 4 (only 1 large drink, and no gross greasy fries) was $17.29 - i was happy about this, until i saw that the BLT was put together carelessly, and the "foot long" hotdog was just two hot dogs put together, no condiments.....Moreover, they took nearly an hour to get us our food last time (busy in the evening around 6 on friday), and 25min this time (around 6 on sunday night).
