HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid (or though I did) for pretzels after the manager said it would be about 6 minutes. I waited 20 MINUTES while he served customer after customer after customer. I saw him pull the pretzels out of the oven but he didn't hand me anything. Finally when the line died down he said "your payment didn't go though." Are you kidding me? I asked Are the nuggets ready? He said "no, they burnt." WOW. I said Nevermind and walked away. No communication to me whatsoever about the payment or the pretzels while he made this VERY pregnant lady stand and waste 30 minutes of her day. Dude should be fired.

The ladies at the front desk were so kind, they even gave me a free pretzel bag!! They made sure my pretzels were fresh too!

I was going to take my time with this review but the previous reviews already say it all. Just know that an any stray dogs will treat you better than any of these workers. Was going to get mini pretzel dogs for dinner but now I rather starve. That should let you know how this establishment is. Workers definitely know how their phone work, but do not know how to make an order or talk to clients.

Ordered pretzels online got to the store got told the pretzels would be done in 15 minutes came bsck 20 minutes later stood there for 10 minutes got told they just got put in the oven isnt the first time this has happened.

Staff at the counter were rude and had an attitude problem. Not a hello or hi. Treated me like I was bothering her. She snapped at me because their credit card machine wasn't working properly. And then she straight up asked me for a tip...

The employees are EXTREMELY rude and I will walk across the mall next time to get pretzels IF I even decide to go here again. The absolute worst. I hate that I tipped and didn't even get what I ordered after standing in line for over 15 minutes.

Now you can never go wrong with anything you get from Auntie Anne's. The pretzels and pretzel dogs are my favorite.

Parking: It's at the mall, so the parking is free.

Today I watched the staff at this location speak and treat a guest very rudely and thought they were in the right. Not to mention these were teens talking to an adult. They all should be fired.

Had to wait 30 min for some original pretzels. The cashier was very friendly, however, the rest of the staff was back there goofing off, not caring about the fact that they had paying customers waiting for their orders. Not to mention they were using all kinds of profanity in presence of customers, not to mention the lack of urgency. It seemed as though they really don't care about their customers and their actions showed just that. This is a reflection of just how poorly managed this location really is.

Ordered a combo. Pretzel, dip, drink. Kid said that the menu wasn't up to date, range it all up independently. No deal. Pretzel was cold. Dip was cold. I had to ask him to fill the drink. He put the lid on when it wasn't full. They clearly don't care and had a long line. Total garbage experience.

So as far as reviews go.... the pretzels are always good, the best... if your into pretzels. The service was trash! The young lady taking the orders apparently didn't want to be there from her demeanor and tone. We attempted to order cinnamon bites, and were advised it would take 15 minutes. So we ordered a medium drink and a cup of regular bites, which were already prepared. After paying for the drink and bites, she told me the cinnamon bites where not ready. I told her I didn't order them, and asked if she charged me for them. She told me she asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. I was confused at this point because that conversation never occurred. I told her I was confused and never ordered the cinnamon bites and as we spoke she turned abruptly to a an apparent supervisor and ordered him to refund the amount, which he did with no questioned asked. Thanks for the refund, but but please work on your costumer service skills. It is clear from some of the other reviews that staff is lacking....
