Update your listing on Google. It says you're open until 9. So when I show up at 7:30, it's really irritating that I just wasted my gas.

I wish I could give 0 star if I can. The customer service is horrible and the staff was the most disrespectful person I have ever met for sure.

During my visit, I encountered a staff member who was extremely rude. I was in the process of ordering mini pretzel dogs when he raised his voice and rudely informed me that it would take six minutes and said go away. Additionally, I observed him behaving similarly toward other customers who were ordering sausage pretzels.

As someone who enjoys Auntie Anne’s pretzels even out of state, I was disappointed by this encounter. Customer service is an integral part of the experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
I saw that staff in another store in Macys and I guess maybe he works in both branches or manager or something.

I sincerely hope that this staff member receives the proper customer service training, as this behavior does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from your brand.

Horrible customer service.
The guy kept yelling at customers for some reason.
I highly recommend visiting the other branch in the same mall, which is just a minute away from here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid (or though I did) for pretzels after the manager said it would be about 6 minutes. I waited 20 MINUTES while he served customer after customer after customer. I saw him pull the pretzels out of the oven but he didn't hand me anything. Finally when the line died down he said "your payment didn't go though." Are you kidding me? I asked Are the nuggets ready? He said "no, they burnt." WOW. I said Nevermind and walked away. No communication to me whatsoever about the payment or the pretzels while he made this VERY pregnant lady stand and waste 30 minutes of her day. Dude should be fired.

The Auntie Ann's in the Galleria have new owners. Their new policy consists of NO LONGER ALLOWING MALL EMPLOYEES TO GET ICE ( in a cup they bring to the store) for free. I've worked in this mall for over 8 years, and now it's summer again and we can't get ice. What a rip off!!!

Service was fast but not terribly friendly. The whole bottom of the pretzel was burned. Tipped well on the screen out of principle, but honestly neither the service nor food warranted a tip.

The staff was very friendly but was very disappointed in the quality of the pretzel bites I received. Auntie Anne’s is a family favorite so I was, to say the least, disappointed when I ordered regular pretzel bits and found MAYBE 5 kernels of salt on these. To pay $24 for 2 pretzel bite orders that don’t have any salt on them is absurd. If this is a one off thing I’m happy to update my review to reflect how management has reached out to correct this, that is up to the business though.

The pretzels and mixed lemonades are delicious! Auntie Anne's is a perfect quick snack while you're doing all your shopping. Additionally, the staff at this location were super friendly.

Pretzel was good, cheese dip was really salty. The customer service was very bad and really rude. It made me feel as if I was doing something wrong while placing an order.

Server TAIJAH M !!!!!! Very unprofessional acts like she being forced to work or something. Doesn’t even greet the customer & hot dogs were falling out of the pretzels. If you don’t enjoy where your work change it instead of working clearly unhappy & letting the customers know that you don’t wanna be there. Told me that my pretzels dogs would be ready in 10 minutes & didn’t say anything once they were done. If you want to continue to have customers I wouldn’t have someone like that working front line!
