California Pizza Kitchen at St. Louis

You call this a restaurant? An hour after we sat down, we only have the drink order. The place is half empty… absolutely zero service, and dead kitchen. There are four table of customers waiting just like us in a room of six tables…. This place should be closed for good!

Really sorry to find out today that you just continued the balsamic vinegar dressing for your salads. Maybe enough people will mention it and you'll bring it back.

Ordered two take-and-bake pizzas and the new chicken sandwich for pickup. The Margherita pizza and Black & Bleu Pizza is so delicious! The ready to bake pizzas are well packed and in good presentation. Even though I waited a bit longer, the crispy smashed potatoes are super awesome! Good timing to use my credit card $15 credit statement in California Pizza Kitchen, stacked with 50% discount for Take & Bake Pizzas on the official website ?

While waiting for a flight, we bought an overpriced ($15) packaged chicken sandwich that was old, tasteless and lacking the avocado. After a few bites, we threw it away and bought elsewhere.

Food was good, but service was a bit slow. This restaurant is inside the Galleria Mall so atmosphere is nothing special. But it was a nice visit with friends after a friendly golf game.

The lunch duo for $12 is a good value. The Thai chicken pizza was delicious. Love the thin crust on the pizza. Compliments bread was also tasty. Service was on the slow side. Convenient spot for a bite if you're at the mall.

Food is amazing! Service is off the top, friendly and quick! But it looked like they were still setting up or cleaning a few tables the entire time we ate. I would go back again for sure.

Came last weekend & it wasn't a big rush or anything. Our waitress fumbled my girlfriends order because she tried to remember everything we had mentally rather than write it down & then 10 minutes later when I came up to her about my pizza she asks what toppings my girlfriend had ordered, do i have to do her job? I watched several people come up to the front to ask about something & be ignored by 5 servers just walking in & out of the kitchen like the customers don't exist. A family next to us left because their food took longer than ours when they were seated immediately after us. The food came after 35 minutes & it was greasy, soggy, and cold. You could tell they left it out for 15 minutes when the pizza isn't coming apart & the cauliflower crust is cutting your mouth. When we complained, the waitress just looks at us speeches and quickly dissappears to her savior manager whose also speechless when we're showing them how greasy & soggy the pizza was. No reason in gourmet pizza tasting like cardboard. Do better cpk.

Love the fun and vibrant colors of the restaurant! The food is sooooo delicious and the pina colada frozen margarita I had has just the right amount of tequila to make any margarita drinker happy! I'll definitely be going back again very soon!

We've eaten at this location a number of times and the service has been questionable but the food is ok. On this visit I ordered the chicken piccata and it was barely edible.

Our host and server were very kind and accommodating, we had our seven month old daughter with us and an extremely big bulky stroller. We were greeted by our server promptly, and she was very kind. Our food was great husband got the pepperoni pizza loved it. I accidently got the same salad as he did when I ordered a Cesar salad which she corrected happily and it was dang good ? best dressing I've had in a long time I also got the turkey California club and it was fresh and delicious definitely will be returning.

Came for dinner around 615. There was all of 7 people sitting in the restaurant. We were seated and ignored by our server, “Roshanda”. There were 3 women that came in after my partner and I, and they were greeted immediately with their drink orders taken. We endured 15 minutes of being ignored before we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The service is SERIOUSLY lacking and outright being ignored is unacceptable. I’d be damned if i wasn’t profiled by someone that looked like me. Won’t be patronizing here again.
