DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU EXPECT YOUR FOOD TO BE RIGHT OR IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I ordered from them on Doordash. Didn't receive the side of cheese sauce or one of the extra ranch sauces. Also....my large chicken California came with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo on it when I checked all the boxes to remove those on Doordash. I contacted them and sent them photographs. The manager at the store rudely denied making things right because they didn't have it that way on their receipt. Well what I put into Doordash is what I ordered. Not what prints on your keyed in receipt. I will NEVER order from here again. I paid $15 for the sandwich alone on Doordash and could not eat it due to an allergy and they still wouldn't remake it. I wasn't asking for a refund. Just something I could actually eat.

This is a pretty good Charleys. The wait usually is not bad and the food is always fresh and delicious. Love their strawberry lemonade, it's one of my favorites.

Typically I very much enjoy the food produced by Charley’s. But unfortunately this time around it had me fighting for my life on the toilet for hours. While gripping my stomach in pain and despair as my life flashed before my eyes, I promised to never allow Charley’s to poison me with food ever again. Do better. not the first time I’ve had an awful experience with the food not settling correctly.

The young lady who took my order was nice…. My food was hot and fresh…however I asked for more ranch and was told it was 0.78. So I decided to get ketchup instead….. The ketchup container was empty…I asked the not so friendly cooking staff for ketchup and was given ugly looks…and then I was asked why I didn’t want the ketchup from the container…however it was empty…it took three nasty faces ,while they did not attempt to smile, to eventually give me four packs of ketchup!!!! Give these people a raise or something….. cause I’m not sure if they need a reason to smile outside of me patronizing their income or what because they seem to be pretty friendly with each other but not so much to me? ??♀️
