HORRIBLE service. I was there yesterday and a man who claim to be the manager with long dreads literally went off on me while the others watched and the woman manager watched also and said nothing to this man. I came in asking about the BOGO and he said that’s not offered in store, but probably on the app and I said ok. He asked what I wanted and I said the bowl. He starts making 2 bowls, so I said is both of the bowls for me and he said yes. I said I didn’t ask for 2 bowls, so he takes the rice and throws it back on the bar. But my son immediately had said he would just take it being that the man started making it. So I said to the man slow down you moving too fast. Bc it didn’t make sense to throw the food away. OMG this man went off off on me, talking about “see people like you get on my nerves”, I said who you talking too and he said you. I said if your having bad day go to the back and let someone serve me, because you should not be talking to me like this. He said I don’t have serve you and you can get out my store. I said who is the manager and he talking about he the manager. I said there is no way in the world you are the manager with the nasty attitude you have and the way you talking to me. So I go talking to the other lady because this man threw ALL my food in the trash. She said she was a manager also and I said you see all of this. She said yes it will dealt with. I’m talking to her and stop talking to this idiot and he still going off on me when I’m not even talking to him no more. He took his gloves off and balling his fist up pacing back and forward like he about do something. I would NEVER step foot back in this restaurant with just nasty and rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This man DOES NOT need to work in establishment like this when he has just rude and nasty demeanor. And the restaurant had other customers in their and for him to talk to me like that with my son with me was unacceptable and I will NOT stop with these reviews until something is done because no one deserves to be treated like I was treated yesterday, just because I said “your moving too fast”. Totally unacceptable and I love Chipotle.
There are some friendly people working here, at the time of writing, and some hostile ones. And unfortunately, the bad is going to put way the good for me. I won’t be back, I’m completely disgusted and disappointed.

Just another Chipotle that serves steak that is mostly fat and gristle

This is an ongoing pattern at the location 1500 S Hanley Rd. Saint Louis Mo 63144. Twice we’ve driven to this location and the doors have been locked during operating hours with the employees inside saying they are not taking orders. The location frequently smells like cannabis and we’ve seen employees toking up in their car before going into work. They do not play appropriate music, coming from their personal phones often dropping vulgar slangs and cussing with customers present in the restaurant. The portion sizes are inconsistent, dumping a massive layer of rice “because rice doesn’t cost extra”, so I’m paying the increasingly heightened prices for a mainly rice bowl. The queso always has a gelatinous consistency much different from other locations and the are often missing things on the line due to poor planning, so you usually have to “wait like 7 minutes” for white rice or chicken because they have failed to properly time manage.
I have more to say about this location but for the sake of the review I’ll leave it at that. Don’t go here

The new honey chicken looks amazing. I was really excited to try it. Unfortunately they forgot to put it on in my bowl. They also left out the cheese sauce that I paid for. I guess my tip wasn't big enough? If I ever come back here again, I'll definitely stand in line and not blindly trust them to make my order right. We'll, looks like I'm an involuntary vegetarian tonight. Don't get ripped off, it's not worth using the app - a burrito bowl that's just rice beans and corn salsa is not worth twelve bucks.

Order through uber and door dash twice this week both times with the kids meal received an empty fountain cup and no apple juice box . So no drink once the dasher didn't fill the other they had the cup in a closed bag

Gonna start my Weekly Review of this Chipotle because honestly it’s so sad how far it’s fallen.
1. Portion size of chicken was so small it’s laughable
2. Watched the guy next to me ask for double meat and the worker gave him 2 slightly bigger than half scoops.
Chipotle fix your terrible service.

Pretty solid Chipotle, especially considering the traffic they must get. Consistent quality, service is efficient, and the people are friendly. Honestly, its the best in St. Louis, the other are so inconsistent I would rather drive farther to know I'll get quality Chipotle!
