While the coffee was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The food took an unreasonably long time, but the real issue was the cashier’s attitude. She was rude, unprofessional, and never smiled. When I asked her to break a $20 so I could leave a tip, she continued acting like she didn’t understand me, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. Given the way she treated me, I couldn’t help but wonder if there was bias involved. Regardless, her attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable. If she can’t provide basic customer service, she should consider a different job.

Just read the review by one Hannah Morris and I agree with everything she said. This place is hectic, bordering on the chaotic, with no idea where you're supposed to go to order or where, when and how to pick up your order once it's ready (which may take some time). Staff looked like they were more interested in each other than the customers. Having said that, the food I had was good and coffee not bad, and I suppose if you come here enough you get familiar with the layout and procedures. I liked the decor with a nice mix of seating opportunities.

It’s not my first time coming here but today was completely awful. We waited 30 minutes past our ready time for our order despite them texting saying it was ready. On top of that, my bagel didn’t have cream cheese on it, they had no to go silverware for TO GO orders so I couldn’t even put the side of cream cheese on my bagel, my boyfriends food was slopped together and the girl at the cash register was completely unhelpful. Also stating that she told me the food would take awhile but I literally hadn’t spoken to her up until the end when complaining about my food. If your kitchen is that backed up, close online ordered, and make sure the order you’re putting out is at least completely correct when customers have waited 30 minutes longer than told.

Great spot for a quick coffee meeting! Wouldn’t have known it was here in this corporate building, so I’m grateful to have been invited by a client to discover this gem.

The coffee was excellent. The bread on my sandwich was too toasted almost burnt. The look and vibe was laid back and comfortable. Not enough seating. Too many people taking up space with long empty cups or plates.

The atmosphere service was great, however, they were out of regular milk and skim milk. It was a busy Saturday afternoon. I understand that. Will definitely go back again and give it another shot for my milk preferences.

It's nice they make real coffee, better food than Panera these days but their sign out front should say 'coffee' in bigger font! All you can see from far away is 'Coma' which suggests it's a medical center.

The food here is great, and the coffee is also good. But the staff really ruin the whole experience with their poor attitudes. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait on whatever I ordered, even if I ordered ahead and arrived past the time of estimated pick up. I understand when the store is busier but most time the staff are just talking or on their phones. The last two times I’ve had a pickup order it’s been ready but not in the pickup area, and the staff will do anything but acknowledge you when you’re standing near the counter. When I did finally get someone’s attention they didn’t smile or even say one word to me. I watched them have an attitude with 2 other customers just in my short time there picking up my coffee. I’ve tried to give this place a few chances because I do like their food and coffee but I’m just done after today.

Relaxing social environment. I'll go again. The caprese grilled sandwich was extremely tasty and the coffee flight featured an ice coffee a hot coffee and a regular drip all with expressi. Then the tomato soup was pulpy meaning textured tasting homemade with basil. Enjoyed all of it and I will go again

A lovely place for a baked good, meal, coffee, or cocktail. Plenty of seating. Despite this place always being busy, I get so much work done and it’s not a distracting atmosphere. Staff are lovely.
Bonus: they have Prairie Artisan Rainbow Sherbet sour ale on tap!
