Einstein Bros. Bagels

I waited until the cashier called on the next customer which was the younger whites ladies behind me as I had been waiting for a few minutes when they walked in just so happens when he called on them instead of me 1 of the young ladies had the decency to ask if I had order, I thanked he and stepped forward for my order. Ihe cashier did apologize for his oversight however when I ordered my 4 bagels and a coffee I requested them sliced an toasted, they did not get toasted. My kiddos only eat toasted bagels so it ended up being a waste of money as I didn't have time to go back to have the order corrected

Absolutely horrible waste of time and money. Staff is extremely rude, totally low effort to the point of scamming, and they left off half the food I paid for out of spite! Terrible 0/10 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I haven't been here in years and it's a good thing. Because this place has gone down in service. They had a crammed up assembly line of 10 teens attempting to push out orders of Bagels and still were not efficient.I had an order pick up and I waited a few min and then i attempted to ask the GM Jim (that is who he told me he was) and he was very dismissive for someone Baking bagels. I asked him could you give me an estimate of when my order would be coming up he stated he couldn't. How is it a GM not aware of order process management 🤔. That's comical just as comical as his rude behavior. I will never return here. People wanting to order online be aware that this location will have you waiting and not able to provide you with any update on where you are in line. Panera their sister company has this for their customers I guess they didn't put that much effort into this company/location for their customers

I usually only write reviews when I had a bad experience but the manager here was EXCEPTIONAL, she was so nice to ensure we had the best breakfast!!!

It shouldn't take 45 minutes to make a sandwich. Disorganized and inefficient. Food is good though.

Are they baking the bagels to order or is a 15+ minute wait the standard for 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese? No thanks.

Had a lox there a few weeks ago. Very disappointing, lukewarm, and poorly prepared w little meet. I've had better there so maybe it was a bad day.

Order was wrong twice..went back twice..don't bother
