I wanted to try this place for a long time. My grandson and I finally did. We got it to go, so we didn't see what was in the bag. I ordered the parm noodles with parm crusted chicken. My grandson got the chicken with marina and whatever kid snacks come with it. We both expected that noodles were a part of every dish being they are a noodle company. Apparently, that's not the case. He didn't have a single noodle in his bowl. I shared mine of course.

Easy to read gluten free items on menu. Can replace any pasta with rice noodles. Always a good meal.

We made a large catering order with less than 24 hours notice and they came through spectacularly. The food was a huge hit with the staff (they ate all the salad- they never eat all the salad) and the fact they set it all up for us was a huge help.

I like to pick up food on my lunch break every so often and they are very fast! The guy was sweet enough to hand me my to-go order even when I sat in the back ! :) Definitely recommend this location !

I’m never out in the brentwood area, but when i do i like coming to noodles!! Service has always been amazing but today this young man I didn’t get his name because I get super nervous. He gave me my meal for free and told me he was having a shitty day and when he saw my smile it made his day & i have to say that was genuinely one of the sweetest things that’s ever happened in my life. Life for myself also hasn’t been the nicest lately so this restoration in humanity made my day & i will be forever be coming to this location . Thank you to whoever that employee was <3

I'm usually very pleased with noodles and company but unfortunately I've been to the location 2 times and no matter what I order it comes out incorrect tonight specifically I asked for extra sauce just after I had paid by accident I told the guy I'll pay for it no problem he said no need to then came back up to me and my manager said you will need to pay for the sauce I said ok no problem then the manager leaned around from the kitchen and said I didn't need to pay this time but when I got home unfortunately for me there was not even any sauce let alone the extra I was willing to pay for I'm highly upset with my super dry noodles but the service was polite and nice

The staff was great but the food isn't like it used to be. We ordered double meat and didn't get it because the pieces are so small they used to put an actual piece of chicken in the Wisconsin Mac n cheese but we were not sure what it was. The lemon shrimp thing I had was delicious but wasn't my usual. Again the staff is great we remembered the manager from soco mall he has always been friendly with great customer service but the food definitely is not worth the hefty price.

Kind people and clean location; however, we've had a couple of orders with missing items: once a dessert, today, shrimp.

Bad service. We placed our order over an hour ago and they were no help in getting our food/money back. Would not recommend this place especially for take out.

Burnt noodles on delivery order. No one answers the the phone at this location. No accountability.
