I like to pick up food on my lunch break every so often and they are very fast! The guy was sweet enough to hand me my to-go order even when I sat in the back ! :) Definitely recommend this location !

I’m never out in the brentwood area, but when i do i like coming to noodles!! Service has always been amazing but today this young man I didn’t get his name because I get super nervous. He gave me my meal for free and told me he was having a shitty day and when he saw my smile it made his day & i have to say that was genuinely one of the sweetest things that’s ever happened in my life. Life for myself also hasn’t been the nicest lately so this restoration in humanity made my day & i will be forever be coming to this location . Thank you to whoever that employee was <3

I'm usually very pleased with noodles and company but unfortunately I've been to the location 2 times and no matter what I order it comes out incorrect tonight specifically I asked for extra sauce just after I had paid by accident I told the guy I'll pay for it no problem he said no need to then came back up to me and my manager said you will need to pay for the sauce I said ok no problem then the manager leaned around from the kitchen and said I didn't need to pay this time but when I got home unfortunately for me there was not even any sauce let alone the extra I was willing to pay for I'm highly upset with my super dry noodles but the service was polite and nice

The staff was great but the food isn't like it used to be. We ordered double meat and didn't get it because the pieces are so small they used to put an actual piece of chicken in the Wisconsin Mac n cheese but we were not sure what it was. The lemon shrimp thing I had was delicious but wasn't my usual. Again the staff is great we remembered the manager from soco mall he has always been friendly with great customer service but the food definitely is not worth the hefty price.

Kind people and clean location; however, we've had a couple of orders with missing items: once a dessert, today, shrimp.

Bad service. We placed our order over an hour ago and they were no help in getting our food/money back. Would not recommend this place especially for take out.

The place is filthy! My feet were stuvking to the ground everywhere I went even the bathroom! It sounded like velcro under my feet and everything I touched felt sticky! However the staff was super awesome! And the food was good hot and came out fast! Just needs a super deep cleaning!

Okay experience. Ordered dine in food at 6:04, food came at 6:22 but was incorrect (not sure if it was for another table or if they messed up in the kitchen) They brought us the new food at 6:28. It was still missing the chicken we had to wait again for. Seems a bit long to wait on food at this fast casual place. Service was not great.

Suspected the rubbery odd color chicken was undercooked. Should have trusted my instincts. Never again.

Getting worse and worse in all respects. I used to have 4 stars here a couple years ago. How is the food from a nationwide chain so bad? How have they gotten both 2024 orders wrong? Why can’t the staff be nice anymore? How hard is it to keep a visible kitchen clean when there is no rush? (Not difficult at all, I promise)

Dietary restrictions: BE CAUTIOUS!!! I saw the actual kitchen and the chance of actual ingredients being contaminated is incredibly high, in my (kitchen staff) opinion.
