Noodles and Company

Getting worse and worse in all respects. I used to have 4 stars here a couple years ago. How is the food from a nationwide chain so bad? How have they gotten both 2024 orders wrong? Why can’t the staff be nice anymore? How hard is it to keep a visible kitchen clean when there is no rush? (Not difficult at all, I promise)

Dietary restrictions: BE CAUTIOUS!!! I saw the actual kitchen and the chance of actual ingredients being contaminated is incredibly high, in my (kitchen staff) opinion.

Had a lovely experience here today, the safe was so kind and friendly. Great pad Thai per the usual Z well.

Today was my first time visiting, and I wish I could leave a zero-star review. The service I received was horrible. We ordered two pastas: a Crispy Chicken Alfredo and one of the Asian pastas (I forgot the name). It took an hour for us to receive our food, and once we did, the Alfredo was missing both the bacon and the chicken. The Asian dish was dry, and the noodles were overcooked and cakey. After waiting an hour, I just knew the food wouldn't be right. When we checked our order in the car, we noticed several items were missing, including the meat from the pastas.

The girl at the counter was upset that we were frustrated about our order not being made correctly and even had the nerve to charge me for an additional sauce that should have been included with the pasta in the first place. This was very disappointing, and we will not be returning. The meal cost $30 including an tip, and it ended up in the trash. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

fantastic service, good soup. a group of very focused young gentlemen were holding the place down when I went in to pick up some chicken noodle soup after work. I would have definitely enjoyed a tiny bit more broth, but that's all personal preference. lovely work!

Update:
Well I usually like this location and we've usually always got good service this last time. They forgot a number of items including the jalapeno crisps on top of the barbecue mac and cheese, and the amount of barbecue sauce they gave us was about a single teaspoon per entree. Also my wife's BBQ was very soupy (not the norm). Hopefully just a one-time mistake, their app on the other hand is a whole different matter, they ended up taking 1850 points away from a canceled order that they never gave back and they never responded to an email that I sent them on the 3rd of April and now it's almost May (their customer service number says they're too busy to talk to anybody and you have to send an email but apparently no one monitors that email).

I will update this review if they fix the issues.

Both of our entrees were hot and very tasty. Marissa was very knowledgeable about the menu, as we had numerous questions. It was quite apparent to us that Marissa was genuinely invested in our Noodles and Company dining experience!

Pretty sure they served me a cremated chicken parm. Taste like chewing on charcoal. They tried to put a pound of cheese on it to cover it up, what a joke.
