I went in this past Sunday, and there was only two kiosk working, no attendant at the counter. I used one of the 'working' ones and it never accepted my order. It hung up on CC transaction. Waiting for additional 5 minutes for someone to help me track my order didn't help. There was lot of other orders in the queue. I left after just spending 15 min waiting in line to order, then waiting for an attendant to help me, eventually leaving without food. Horrible experience at this location.

The person who took our order needs to take an anger management class. We asked for the loaf of bread that we paid for already at the kiosk. He directed us to the back for pick up, the person at the back told us to pick up at the check out. We came back and he just threw the bread at us. The staff needs better training.

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup it's was all broth 2 r 3 pieces of noodles 2 carrots..for $8 I'm still hungry..I will not be coming back

Extremely slow service and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Waited almost 45 minutes for my sandwich.
Food was ok, but nothing to write home about. You could tell the employees just really do not want to be there.

Easily one of the most disorganized "kitchens" I've ever seen. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Watched at least 5 people come up to the counter because their order was wrong, meanwhile the employees are arguing with each other about whose fault it is that things aren't getting done correctly. Despite my name popping up as ready, nobody ever made my drink and despite leaning on the counter for 5 minutes, nobody made eye contact with me so I just left. I will never eat at this BreadCo again.

I like the cinnamon raisin bagels with cream cheese. All their pastries are good. The tuna salad sandwich and tomato soup get an A+! Although I don't understand why prices have to be so high. I've found out I can't really get a good meal for under $10 here, unless I go for a bagel and mango smoothie. The smoothies are great by the way, yet again it's too little for too much money. Ohhh well. I guess it'll be only when I'm fortunate enough to get a gift card that I'll be dining here for the rest of 2024 anyway. And what happened to those delicious flat bread pizzas the Bread Co had!? They're missing out on some big profits since taking them off the menu!

Jasmine was exceptional! She always provides great customer service and makes sure that Panera customers are satisfied with there service. She is super informative about the menu items and was patient as I made my decisions. My food was warm and I was quickly served. I will be visiting again very soon.
