I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel today and it tasted like throw-up. I've eaten this bagel for years, so I don't know what's up. Obviously it's not literal throw up, but somehow the recipe has gone astray.

Service was quite poor - no one was at the front register, and they were out of apples and several breads. Good was OK. I'd skip this location.

I visited the Panera Bread location in Brentwood today to purchase a half dozen bagels. When I approached the counter, I was helped by a very kind African-American young woman who appeared to be in training, along with a man who seemed to be a manager, as he was wearing a black hoodie rather than the standard uniform.
As I placed my order, the man immediately began slicing the bagels and placing them into a brown paper bag. I politely asked if they could be placed in a white plastic bag instead. He responded sardonically and corrected me by saying “clear plastic bag” in an arrogant and condescending tone, as if the wording itself was an issue. He then placed the bagels into the clear bag but left the top open, which completely defeated the purpose of using the plastic bag to preserve freshness—especially considering I purchased a half dozen bagels and was not planning to eat them all immediately.
What stood out most was the dismissive and disrespectful tone from someone who appeared to be in a leadership role. In contrast, the young woman assisting me was polite and pleasant, which is why I even left a tip—despite the overall negative interaction.
I hope corporate takes this feedback seriously. Customers should be treated with respect at all times, regardless of background, and managers in particular should model professionalism, courtesy, and cultural awareness. This location would greatly benefit from improved customer service standards and bias training to ensure all guests feel valued and respected.

The only thing worse than a lukewarm cup of coffee is paying for it. This evening mobile order was disappointing with empty coffee urns, no milk, a disorganized store, and employees audibly laughing and socializing in the kitchen—especially noticeable compared to the consistently well-run Fenton Panera (St. Louis Bread Co.) location I usually visit.

We love Panera. But not this Panera. The rudest staff. Confrontational with customers, unfit to read the order and ensure it’s complete. The food prep area and window for serving was filthy. The manager on shift was sweet and offered reassurance that she would pack our order. Out of the 12 items she packed three. Close the doors until you find people who care to show up and care about other people. Really- and if the management is reading- this is a reflection of you as well. You know these things are happening, do better.

The cashier Dakayla was very rude and did not care for her job like a long wanted to be there. She was no help and did not want to take my order. They filled up my food halfway and didn’t give me all of my bread. The lady who was cooking in the kitchen with a red shirt, Was very rude and did not care. She didn’t even want to give me the bowl that I ordered and try to give me something that was cheaper until the man went to go get it after she said they didn’t have it. Just for her to only fill it up halfway. After dealing with the cashier and the cooks, I just left. I need to talk to a manager or someone who can deal with my problem. I normally don’t get treated like this at a Bread Co. But somehow, I go to this one and this is what happened. This place has very bad customer service. The manager on duty nowhere in site. The lady who was making the food, had a very bad attitude with a smart mouth, She do not need to be working with customers.

Ordered a cup of Mac n cheese, took 20 minutes and didn’t even fill the cup halfway…. Disappointed. Also didn’t love the blank stares from every employee I encountered.

Worst Panera location of all time. Please don't come. Wait time is 45 mins for a sandwich. Wifi never works properly; smelly kitchen without proper ventilation. No manager on a Saturday. No one wanna work here, and I know why. Bad management. Could you reply with the Corperate number? I wanna file a complaint.
