The sandwich I ordered was messy and looked slopped together. And management staff appeared to be having a meeting with other staff and decided to sit directly in front of me.

I went in this past Sunday, and there was only two kiosk working, no attendant at the counter. I used one of the 'working' ones and it never accepted my order. It hung up on CC transaction. Waiting for additional 5 minutes for someone to help me track my order didn't help. There was lot of other orders in the queue. I left after just spending 15 min waiting in line to order, then waiting for an attendant to help me, eventually leaving without food. Horrible experience at this location.

The person who took our order needs to take an anger management class. We asked for the loaf of bread that we paid for already at the kiosk. He directed us to the back for pick up, the person at the back told us to pick up at the check out. We came back and he just threw the bread at us. The staff needs better training.
