Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Came in a 3:45PM, only a couple people here. Took 25 minutes to get the one burger and fries I ordered and fries were completely cold (not even slightly lukewarm) and obviously very old. Burger was good. Would have liked a refill on my soda since I drank it in the first 10 minutes there but waitress disappeared and didn't bring me a refill until I was leaving. Will not be coming back to this location.

Chain restaurant. Server did ok, missed some things, with a trace of pot odor. It was just an overall ok experience.

No managers around ! Supper slow service. We got better service from the girl running the food. Will never go back to this location, and if I were you i would go next door.

One of my daughter's favorite restaurants serves delicious burgers 🍔 and offers free balloons 🎈, making it a great experience for her.

Our server Tomas was awesome! He was attentive without being overbearing. The food was hot fresh and amazing! Will definitely return to this location.

Yesterday we had a terrible experience with Red Robin staff the host who sat us was the nicest person in the room but she was unaware of the a/c leak by our booth table asked to sit somewhere else and she was fine with it until the server came bad attitude nasty and stares at you like you bothering her server pointed at a table said sit over there in a tone as if she was speaking to a problem child I didn’t like it but kept my composure and tried to explain I need a booth my youngest son likes to move around she was not interested in what I said and just stared at me making me feel uncomfortable so I moved to a table outside of her area this caused confusion and the staff knowing we were there did not try to serve us are let us know what was going on we had to wait to be seated again I asked for management and when this he/she came out it was the same nasty service wouldn’t even give the name of the server so I could file a complaint I wouldn’t eat here again ever I don’t trust there staff or there customer service they only care about watching each other back and not a care in the world for customers that’s why I recommend quit tipping and let the company worry about there staff as far as Red Robin “Hated it” don’t care for there food chicken nasty who can’t cook chicken

Hadn't been to RR in 30 years: food is still overpriced, but of relatively good quality. Service okay. Decent vibe throughout seating areas. Nothing overtly good or bad.

When our food arrived to that table, it was cool not hot.Sweet potato fries were just cool and hard. The burger was tasteless and cool not as hot as you would think coming from the kitchen! The waitress wasn't friendly. The restaurant smelled of urine, carpet needs to be shampooed. These restaurants make all this money, but they failed to maintain the cleanliness of their establishment

HORRIBLE! 30 minutes to have our order taken, and 45 minutes later still no food. Grilled chicken salad and fish and chips. No one came to refill our drinks. Everyone around us was getting their food, even people who came in after us. We asked for the manager and he was completely indifferent. We walked out.

Horrific service. I’ve been to gas stations in North County with better service. Took over an hour and a half to eat, and the best part? There was absolutely NO WAIT!! Not sure what took so long, the fries weren’t bottomless today. I’ve never spent 30 minutes waiting for water, but now I get to scratch that off my bucket list. DO NOT GO HERE!!
