Food was great but we had a very long wait. Food came out super slow. Once we sat down the place looked half empty. We traveled 3 hours to dine here..bottom less fries lol...one small basket. And another long wait for 2nd basket and Food.

Was looking forward to a good burger and beer. I was denied entry to sit at the bar. The restaurant was very desolate, so I’m going to assume they were short staffed, which I can understand.However it was the hostess delivery that was horrendous. She’s just told me they weren’t taking any more customers. Her colleague came in and said it would be about a 30 minute wait, which I would have been ok with. The initial delivery and dead atmosphere made me to the the restaurant next door instead.Update: responded to business owner via email on 3/20 as requested via email with further detail.

Not the best experience there this evening. No bartender as she "just left to go to her other job". So brews were absent from their marketing logo. Not sure if there was even a manager on site. Kudos to the 2 servers who served a busy restaurant at supper time but were clearly overwhelmed

Awful service. Our server was rude and not attentive. Our appetizer came out about 10 minutes after our meals. We had to ask multiple times for one item. We were given the incorrect check. And then she tried giving us a check with an entertainment fee when we didn't even have the little kiosk thing at our table. Food was just okay, nothing good enough to go back for. Extremely disappointed as we love going to Red Robin but the Brentwood, MO location is terrible! I guess there's a reason why there were only 4 other tables there.

The only issue we had here was there was tons of open seating but they wanted to make us wait 30 minutes at least so the kitchen can catch up? Sounds like terrible kitchen management or just lazy staff. Short staffed? Nope. Everyone was moving so slow in the back and looked pissed off at everything. Probably won't be back here for dinner.**Revisit Feb 29 2024**Worst service ever! Food was amazing but not one refill, and MANY other issues. Everyone was suffering the same but our server was absolutely terrible.

The service was not very good the girl was very frazzled and you can tell she was being ran all over with no help.The food… let’s just say that I cant express how frustrating it is to pay 15+ $ on a burger when it’s maybe a 8$ value… it’s super unfortunate how bad the quality of food is now. I also paid 2 extra $ for some Parm cheese sprinkled on my not very cooked fries.. they used to be so much better with actual garlic and decent good quality Parm. Our family won’t be back. It’s not worth spending the almost 100$ on maybe a 50$ lunch… what a shame tbh.

Can you say STELLAR customer service?! I placed an order for curbside on the website. Some weird way it was canceled. I called the restaurant and they confirmed it was indeed canceled due to an issue with card payment. After speaking with the General Manager she suggested I come in to remedy the situation and place the order again.Of course, I didn’t want to have to go in but when I got there I was received well and taken care of quickly. Upon some digging a gift card that was attached to my account seemingly glitched causing the order to cancel. The GM took care of making sure I received the gift card credits. My order was reviewed and received promptly and accurately. Everything was hot and fresh.Customer was definitely the focus and I truly appreciate being treated as a respectable person and paying customer. Thanks guys for your focus to quality customer service.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available

I have been to location a few times and really hadn't had an issue. Yesterday I ordered carside to go. I got home and tried my impossible burger it was crumbling. I opened up the bun and saw the burger was under cooked. It was pink throughout. I called the restaurant. The lady that answered said she was the manager. I explained what the issue was with the burger. She asked did I ask for it to be well done. No I expect for my food to be cooked though. She told me it's made from plants so I wont get sick. That's not the point I came for cooked food. She told me they were about to close so I can come get a remake tomorrow. I called today and received the run around. The employee left me on hold over 20 mins. I called back in. She said they were short staffed and she would try to get the manager. I'm very understanding but she should let me know what's going on. The manager comes to phone. I explained to her I had a car side to go order yesterday evening and my burger was undercooked and the manager told me she would put me in the book for a remake. The asked who did I talk to. The manager told me she the only manager and she was off yesterday. Like I'm lying to get free food?. I didn't get the person's name but I'm in the book. She finally looked in the book and sent me to someone to take my order. Instead wasting time asking who did I talk she could've just looked it up. This kind of service makes me not want to come back.

Today I learned a valuable lesson. Do not order a pizza from a burger restaurant. From the images and description shown on the menu you might think you are getting a pepperoni pizza that's "loaded Edge to Edge® with crispy heritage pepperoni", but that is far from the truth. This is the only time I have had an issue ordering food from Red Robin since I usually get burgers and fries so that is why I am giving this review 2 stars instead of one.

We carry out very often; your menu is a good one, but we never carry out because something isn’t right. This week we carried out fish and chips, a favorite. The fish and fries were cold and soggy. Also, no lemon. You could do much better.
