I ordered the summer berry drink in a personal cup and didn't realize until too late that they didn't even put the popping pearls in! Literally the highlight of the drink (and the ingredient that makes it more expensive) and it was forgotten

Love this place

Even on a Sunday, even though the staff do look a little tired, the service was great, the food and drinks I ordered arrived pretty fast. The manager that worked today was cheery, greeted everyone with a smile, and just an overall nice place to be on a Sunday afternoon.

I very much miss the old wydown location up the street. The staff is nice at this location however.

I enjoyed buying drinks at this location. Everyone is friendly and laid back. Good vibes, clean store, prompt service - the wait was not bad considering how busy they were. The baristas definitely know how to make a good matcha latte unlike some locations I’ve visited. Clean bathrooms. I didn’t need WiFi or stay longer than 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back!

Needed to leave a review because the manager working today deserves a shout out. Very very nice guy genuinely welcoming to guests and supportive of his co-workers. My fiance ordered a couple drinks and I thought she had ordered a croissant but it turns out she had not and he was nice enough to offer an extra food item that got made by accident even though I was 95% sure she didn't order the croissants actually. Thanks again and I hope you keep the happy optimistic vibe going!

This location has a drive thru that you come into from Dale Avenue but I dined in and had a Decaf Peppermint Mocha. I was very surprised such an option existed. When I asked the barista if Peppermint was a seasonal flavor, she informed me that it's not and offered all year round.

I always have a bad experience in this location, and if you asked for remake the drinks they got mad . This doesn’t taste lemonade , just water with strawberries

This is by far my favorite location!! They always start my morning off in a positive and cheerful way. John is AMAZING!!!!!!! He is so positive, friendly, just an all around great human. Melody!!! Melody always has a smile on her face, she is so very kind and has great suggestions. She has me hooked on the melonburst energy drink with a shot of strawberry puree, if you havent tried it you should!!!! Another Amzing and sweet barista, i do not know her name but she has beautiful colorful hair with pink in it. She is sooo sweet and helpful. Again i travel all over but will go out of my way to drive thru this location!!!!
