My wife ordered a single espresso shot (no mixing or blending) with a caramel-drizzled cup. The order was made incorrectly. When she went inside to have it corrected, an employee named Mila ignored her, refused to print the receipt, and would not remake the drink until my wife spoke to her firmly. Other customers who arrived later were served before her remake. Mila gave excuses, handed out samples, and avoided remaking the drink for about 30 minutes, even though the drink itself took about 30 seconds to make.
When I called the store to speak with a manager, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Upon calling back, an employee named Daniel was rude and stated the manager was on vacation, leaving no manager available to address the issue. No apology just shitty attitudes.
I sent an email to the CEO Mr. Niccol as this location is in desperate need of help. Let’s see what happens.
I don’t recommend this location they have no idea what hospitality or good customer service even looks like if it slapped them in the face.

They must have a staffing shortage because I've been waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. Other cars have driven off. The person in front of me hasn't ordered yet. This location is slooow. What I thought would be a quick jaunt is turning out to be an excursion.
Been coming here for a while and it's slowly going downhill, I won't be coming back after today. I got 4 shots of espresso in my drink, I paid extra for the extra shot. I get my drink and it looks like milk, it tastes like milk with pumps of sauce in it, it MIGHT have had 1 or 2 shots of espresso in it. That was the most expensive milk I've ever purchased and I didn't even drink it. I recommend going to a different Starbucks nearby.
Waited 30 minutes standing for a cup of coffee for my daughter. I paid and waited 39 minutes standing while mobile orders were filled and drive thru. So if you stand in line you are last. There were 5 people working- what was the problem? Lazy or lack of efficiency? I went to counter and asked for my money back- “ oh, she said, we are fixing it now.” I’m never going back to Starbucks.

Took forever to get greeted & they made my drink with the wrong type of milk. I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait for one drink.

Visited while going through St Louis. The manager was being incredibly unprofessional to his staff while not helping at all. Would not recommend supporting this location if this is acceptable.

Been faithfully going to this location for 3 years straight. Everyone knew me by name, if there was a a problem with my order they actually knew replacements, incredibly nice employees. I went on vacation a few weeks ago ago, and when I returned everyone had been replaced with the rudest crew imaginable. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t expect anyone to bend a knee whenever I came in. But my orders have been wrong 3 times now, and somehow that’s my fault? I reorder yesterday’s order on the app every morning. Today was the final straw. I ordered my usual latte and egg bites on the app for pick up, like I have for three years. When I get there, only the latte is ready. A guy asks me what I need, and I tell him I’m just waiting on my egg bites. Then I stand at the counter for 5 minutes while two employees chat through their headsets about their age, where they’re from, etc…. I can see the label on the printer for my egg bites….. they ignore me for another few minutes. So I left.

I ordered the summer berry drink in a personal cup and didn't realize until too late that they didn't even put the popping pearls in! Literally the highlight of the drink (and the ingredient that makes it more expensive) and it was forgotten
