The pineapple cheesecake i received looked nothing like the one in the case. Dry and no pineapple on the top. Seriously, $12 for one slice? I work hard for my money. I splurged because it looked so good in the case. Just disappointed.

Worst Cheesecake Factory ever. The orders were delayed by an hour. Everything was ice cold. The service was horrible. Nobody took responsibility for the orders and I was waiting for over an hour with no proper response.

I had a really nice time there for the most part. The food was excellent and the server was a treat. I wish it weren't quite so loud but otherwise a pleasant visit.

We had the BEST ever waiter, Vlad. There were 14 in our party at 2 different tables. He was very attentive! Couldn't have asked for anyone better!
