The Cheesecake Factory

Don’t even know where to begin, honestly my fault for coming to this low quality restaurant, this is the new Applebees. If you want a quality restaurant from St. Louis, visit any of the James Beard winning ones, you won’t regret it.

First off, the silverware we were given, had dry food all over it. Requested for some new silverware, which also had dry food stuck to it. They also weren’t wrapped to avoid being touched by other people’s hands.

Second off, I get that advertising nowadays isn’t how it used to be, but at least put in SOME effort to make it look like the picture. First one they brought out had a tiniest amount of beef on it, wasn’t even cooked to medium rare like I requested, asked for a new one. And this is the second one they brought out, cheese wasn’t melted, bread wasn’t toasted, still the same amount of beef (barely any) and the Aju sauce was cold. And it took them about 30 minutes to remake this for me, during the week when they weren’t even that busy.
Also sat and waited for 10 minutes for my check and boxes. When the waitress clearly saw that we were done, and chose to ignore us.

Definitely never coming back to this low quality restaurant.

Very disappointing experience, my friend and I frequent here quite often and I typically order the same thing each time I visit which is a salmon and street corn, the street corn came out overcooked and a very small portion than I ever seen, the waitress took it back and had it remade and came out better but the salmon had a fishy funk to it, as if it was bad or going bad, I didn't want to complain again as it seemed they were rushing all of the food out because it was about 30 mins before closing, it later had my stomach upset and I didnt feel good the rest of the next day. I usually enjoy my food here but this time was a complete fail, rushed and bad food.

Arashae gave us great service. Had some difficulties with the Cheesecake Factory website and rewards but she helped solve the issue. Very nice young lady!

I have an amazing time, the waitress Arashae was the best ever, she was fast, know all the menu, give us suggestions, refill water and take our plates when empty directly, checking our table all the time, smiling.
Literally the best experience ever thank you to her.

✨ Long, Detailed Review (for people who love to read):

I’ve been to The Cheesecake Factory at least 10–20 times now, and every single visit feels like pure happiness. The menu is huge almost like a book and I’ve tried nearly everything.

Salads are fresh and filling, pastas are rich and flavorful, burgers and sandwiches are always made perfectly, and even the Asian-inspired dishes hit the spot. Steaks and other entrées taste like fine dining but at a casual price.

But of course, the star of the show is the cheesecake. From classics like Original and Strawberry to indulgent flavors like Oreo Dream Extreme, Dulce de Leche, and White Chocolate Raspberry every slice is a celebration.

Generous portions, cozy vibes, and endless options make this one of my favorite places ever. No matter your mood, Cheesecake Factory has something that will make you say “wow.”

First time trying and was always told it was a good place. Which it is good but just good. For the price it should be so much better in my opinion. Our server was genuinely great though, always made sure we didn't need anything. Won't be going back because of the prices though
