The food is fantastic. I’ve never had any food complaints. Service is always good but Tara (I think is her name) is absolutely the best server. Goes above and beyond. Love eating here

Our food when it finally did arrive was good, but the service was so so slow, and they posted their politics on their Facebook page so that's disgusting and disappointing. I won't be returning.

I eat here weekly usually. I’ve never had a bad meal. Hats off to the chef your creations are excellent. Service is above average. Great place to eat. Thank you

We went for the Valentine's Day dinner, which was limited. I honestly had hoped for BBQ, but it wasn't offered on this day. We ordered the ribeye that came with a roll, a generic salad and one side. The steak itself had great flavor, but was not seasoned well and was overdone(was over medium when I order medium rare). The sides were just very plain and nothing special. We also ordered the lobster bite/calamari appetizer. They were not the greatest. They were very salty and the breading made them strangely taste like chicken livers with a seafood aftertaste. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money we spent.

We were driving through and decided to stop for lunch. The hubs had the absolute BEST chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Seriously, the best we've had. I had the pork belly burnt ends from the appetizer menu and a side of macaroni and cheese. SO GOOD! Tender and flavorful! Highly recommend this restaurant!

My family and I ate here the Saturday of the snow storm, though it was not storming at the time we were there.....4 adults and 1 infant. First of all we waited an hour to be served. Someone ordered a side, I dont remember what, and they were out of it. We finally got served......at different times so we couldn't even eat together. Late that night, 3 of the 4 of us became violently ill......spent the remainder of the night in and out of the bathroom. On Wednesday the week after the storm, I called the establishment to discuss my situation and my displeasure. They were apparently not open at the time so I left a message to please call me. It has been a week tomorrow and I've not heard from anyone. I don't usually post reviews. But I thought this warranted a review. I will not be going to this establishment again.

We had my daughters wedding in the banquet hall and everything was amazing. The food was great. They handled the clean up. And atmosphere was perfect for the kind of wedding she wanted
Simple, elegant and cozy. The price was not bad either.
We also eat there a lot and tonight steak was perfect.

Would not recommend worst service I've ever had. Waiter was very rude walked past my wife and I 6-7 times without seeing if we needed anything our drinks had been empty for at least 10 minutes. Ordered appetizers waited 30 minutes for them never got them. Went to leave and pay for our 2 sodas and found out he hadn't even put our order in.

They have the BEST ribs in the Richmond area.

I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating. Unfortunately, my overall opinion is that this place has bar food with a touch more class (and cost). It does have allure if want to eat before a concert next door. The decor is pretty nice, especially the lighting. Our waitor was very professional and polite though a tad slow. The food was the biggest issue. We were a party of 5 and half the food came out 16 minutes before the rest. The people who got their food first politely waited until the others were served, and then their food was cold. The French fries are very good! But for anything else fried, the breading is extremely thick. The cheapest steak on the menu was surprisingly soft and flavorful. My son loved it.

Had to wait today 2 hours to get out meal. They were giving people their food that came in after us. I told them I was going to leave. Said 2 of our 3 meals were coming out. And other was getting ready to. It took another 30 minutes. Didn't bring any pickles or lettuce, onion, tomato for our hamburger and tenderloin or mayo. Had to ask for it 3 times before we got it. I will never ever be back to eat there.
