This was an okay experience. Decorations were really neat and the lights too with delicious food. One major problem is I got double charged and now I'm trying to refund the extra money

Employees were rude! Was made to go to stop sign from window, the employee said we had no option but to move. Why go through Drive thru with no one behind you and still have to drive around to stop sign to set to wait forever for food?! Makes no sense at all!

This place is awful, the food is inedible, service is next to non existent, waiting forever for a small order.
Management is beyond incompetent and narcissistic. It's a wonder this place is still in business, better off going across to KFC.

I stood at the counter for over 15 min while the employees ignored me and only dealt with the drive through. I decided I wasn't eating there. Now or ever again.
I wanted to make it aware of what's happening I went in to Burger King today to get food when I got there was a line of cops outside thought they were just eating but when I got outside only one cop was inside I over heard a couple of employees saying the cops were there because a employee threatened another employee and was coming to deal with it and I just have to say if you need cops there for all that then obviously whoever threatened the other shouldn't be there crazy how management is putting up with it

16 dollars for a chicken sandwich , asked for bacon on it and get 2 little pieces that don't even cover half the sandwich , been going down hill and now should just close its shit

Honestly where do I even start with this place…they don’t train their employees they just expect you to know where everything is..oh and they want there employees to come in sick while they are throwing up still..and they make the employees where the headset in the bathroom which gives they no privacy at all…and they don’t give anyone a break even through in their handbook it state that if someone works over 5 hours they are supposed to be given a 30 minute break….and the night manager doesn’t even care all she wants to do is make the food and go outside and smoke cigarettes

13 minutes in the drive through line . They took my order and then had me pull up to the stop sign around the corner . This is done to prevent corporate from knowing how long it takes to actually deliver food out of the window. #burgerking

My review is based off of burger king in general not the richmond location. I placed an order through the Burger King app on 6/15/25 and it was sent to the wrong location. I called richmonds bk where it was sent immediately and asked for them to cancel the order did not receive any food, yet my card was charged. I’ve tried reaching out through customer service—no one is answering the phone, and I received an automated email saying the case was closed without resolving anything.
This is extremely frustrating, especially since I paid for a service I did not receive. I would like a full refund or at least a credit for the inconvenience
