Honestly where do I even start with this place…they don’t train their employees they just expect you to know where everything is..oh and they want there employees to come in sick while they are throwing up still..and they make the employees where the headset in the bathroom which gives they no privacy at all…and they don’t give anyone a break even through in their handbook it state that if someone works over 5 hours they are supposed to be given a 30 minute break….and the night manager doesn’t even care all she wants to do is make the food and go outside and smoke cigarettes

13 minutes in the drive through line . They took my order and then had me pull up to the stop sign around the corner . This is done to prevent corporate from knowing how long it takes to actually deliver food out of the window. #burgerking

My review is based off of burger king in general not the richmond location. I placed an order through the Burger King app on 6/15/25 and it was sent to the wrong location. I called richmonds bk where it was sent immediately and asked for them to cancel the order did not receive any food, yet my card was charged. I’ve tried reaching out through customer service—no one is answering the phone, and I received an automated email saying the case was closed without resolving anything.
This is extremely frustrating, especially since I paid for a service I did not receive. I would like a full refund or at least a credit for the inconvenience Please escalate this to someone who can help. Order #: 43

Everytime time I come here to Burger King in Richmond Missouri my food gets to me in perfect time. It's right and it hot. And the employees are cool and the store is always clean. Thank you
Never been to the Richmond, MO location. Nice and clean, happy service, and fresh food. My only complaint was there was not much seasoning on the burgers but other than that, worth the drive.

Me and my family were the only customers here, Once we had gotten home with our food we discovered that our order wasn't correct. Me and my fiance ordered 2 bacon melts a piece, However we were both given kids cheeseburgers... And to top it off, All our burger patties were burnt/tasted like ash. Definitely won't be using this location again.

This burger king should be the standard everything was super fresh the veggies were super crisp the fries were steaming along with the burger staff was on top of it. The inside of the store was clean including the bathroom.
