This burger king should be the standard everything was super fresh the veggies were super crisp the fries were steaming along with the burger staff was on top of it. The inside of the store was clean including the bathroom.

Well... Food is great. Staff attitude being swamped was great. 4 total employees running a BK ... on a Sunday, @ 1pm.... uh.... I waited on a 30$ dollar order for 18 minutes.... Region al manager, no I've knew how to contact nor was the store Mgr on site. This is WAY to long to wait for 2 🍔 and 2 chicken fries. Step it up. Store is super understaffed. Didn't even get free cookies for wait for my kids. Get real BK, it's damn near 2025. Come on man. 18 mins ? Fries, SUPER burnt. See photo. Waited 18 mins here. 4 employees running entire store, no one knew who Mgr was or how to contact RM. Very poor leadership help. 😢

I stay a week in henrietta and ate at burger king twice the first time was awful order was cold and we were made to wait at end of drive thru. Also my original chicken sandwich have wrong bread making it sloppy and un eatable. I tried a second time against my better judgement and asked before ordering if they had the right bun for the chicken sandwich they said yes. How when I ordered a bogo chicken sandwich the gave me one correct and the other the same sloppy mess as last time and rest of food was cold.

Always nice going to this burger king, takes a little longer than normal because they cook fresh but it makes the food much better. Staff is always friendly!

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. The service by the two women at the front was amazing. So friendly, fast. She made sure my daughter got her crown and cookie when they were out of meal toys. What a pleasant surprise! Thank you!

I was hostage in that drive-through line for a full 10 minutes yesterday. They finally brought my food out and I rushed away because...TEN MINUTES! Got on the road and realized they had given me my burger (which was quite fresh and tasty) but forgot my fries and there were no napkins in the bag. Obvious management and training deficiencies.
