absolutely terrible!! after trying to overcharge me 9.19 for a 7 dollar 3 piece tenders (caught that) they were out of honey mustard sauce and had to wait 15 minutes 1 car in front me he waited also then no silverware to eat mashed potatoes with the tenders were rubber threw whole order in 1st trash can I found I try this place once a year to see if they improve and since opened they haven't failed to disappoint me at least there consistently terrible maybe next year I would give it 0 stars if possible go elsewhere, anywhere else

$2.66 per chicken tender. 12 piece chicken tender is $31.99 before tax. Was told thats outrageous, but true. Not even fresh or large tenders. Another disappointing $95.47 for zero effort. Garbage

Sloooooowwwww. And dirty. Waited 20 minutes for one sandwich, and only got it because I asked about it. If I hadn’t asked, I might still be waiting there. During that time I saw two customers come back in with incorrect orders. If you’re thinking about going, just don’t.

Slowest place I have ever seen. Waiting almost 20 minutes and counting for order. After waiting 10 minutes to place order. Employees cussing to each other. Not a single clean table in the place. Looks like a school cafeteria. Drive thru is moving fine tho. 8 cars have pulled in and ordered and picked up food since we have been waiting. No chance I'm coming back to this place!

We chose to dine in. Walking in the door the smell of the bathroom was the only thing you could smell. However, it got worse the farther away you got from the actual bathrooms. Our table was disgusting. The windowsills were full of filth, the booth seat was ripped. They DID try to freshen the place up with some fake flowers on each table. When I returned to the table with our food order, we decided the atmosphere was too gross to be able to enjoy our food. We picked it up and left, would rather eat in the car. My teenage son lost his appetite. The food gets 2 stars. The chicken was full of fat and the Mac and cheese was crunchy. Richmond needs to shut this place down.

Can't add napkins to Dash orders ? I've dropped 100 bucks here in past 4 days, can't get a napkin ? Come on man.
Ordered 3 combos chicken dark meat and our side of French fries were old and cold I ordered a e piece and only 1 piece was half way fresh other was old and cold this kfc is horrible and disgusting will never go back who ever is the manager there need to be fired and including the employees

My husband and I went there tonight. He wanted to try their new chicken nuggets. I had two piece white meat with biscuit chicken tasted terrible, I couldn't eat it. The biscuit was ok. My husband's meal was about the same fries were room temp. The dining area was very dirty and unkept. There was no ice in the machine ... It was froze up? Probably won't go back.

Went through drive-thru and ordered 2 of the famous bowls with medium drinks. Was pulled around even though there was no one else in drive-thru except one person that was getting ready to order. Got the food brought out to us and it was mildly cold, not extremely cold- just not hot enough to melt the shredded cheese. The worst part was how dang salty the chicken pieces were on it. It was so bad it felt like it was burning my tongue. I can't imagine anyone wanting to eat that much salt and only mildly warm at that. Not a pleasant experience with it food wise. The young woman that was working drive-thru was very nice and polite- props to her! They did get the food out quickly after they pulled us around. All in all, good experience for the most part with customer service; totally different experience with food quality- 0/10 for that area.

2nd time my husband has picked up an order on his way home and the 2nd time the order was bad. The first time the chicken was burnt. This time he ordered a 6 piece thigh and leg bucket with coleslaw and mashed potatoes no gravy. What he got was 6 legs no thighs mac and cheese no slaw and mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. This is the WORST KFC we have ever ordered from.
