The food is ok, the atmosphere is that of a garage sale, and not that clean.
That said there is no other Asian cuisine establishment in Richmond.
I lived in Thailand and know what Asian food should taste like.
Also I knew and respected the previous owner and the restaurant has gone downhill.

It's not about the atmosphere, it's all the food. We love the quality AND quantity of the food. The workers are the sweetest folks too! We visit a few times a month.
Kid-friendliness: The kiddos are pleased with the food, employees are friendly with the kiddos too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to move about comfortably.
Dietary restrictions: Anything we need changed about the food is perfect and always easy to order. Employees never complained...
