I just came to McDonald's today in Richmond Missouri which was a complete joke their card reader in the Drive-Thru is broke the gentleman was offering to take my card up to the front and run my card so, I can get my meal so, I wouldn't have to come in one of the supervisors overheard him and she said no they have to take cash. well, I'm just going to say that is very poor customer service it's no wonder they have low rates they're so lazy that they can't take my card up front run it and bring it to me so, I can get my food. I'm just getting to the point. I hate McDonald's depending on the location because the employees do not want to go above and beyond to make a customer happy wow.

I love this mcdonalds usually, but recently the night crew has been just plain lazy. I understand how annoying it is having people come at 10 pm, but you’re still open and it’s still your job to serve people. Some of us do not get off of work until 10 pm and just want some dinner. The last 3 times I have ordered from the night crew, they have served food of horrendous quality. Buns were hard as a rock, the burgers have been burnt, and tonight when we order a quarter pounder and two double cheeseburgers, the burgers were burnt yet again, and the only condiments we received were ketchup and mustard. No onion, no pickles, no anything. Again, I love this Mcdonald’s, the service is always wonderful. But the night crew needs to learn how to do their jobs and stop being petty because you never know what someone else is going through.

Honestly, food is not bad, but the customer service sucks and on top of that even if you put in a to go order ahead of time, they never make it until you’re right there because they are so packed but then again not packed meaning they will say oh well we just got here with a slam. The dining room is mostly] closed The kiosk won't prompt for table numbers, no receipts and no table delivery. You have to go into the kitchen to check order. This is 8 out of 10 times. We go every two weeks. It's a small town so they have a captive market.

I asked for a number 7 and asked for large fries. I got my order looked in my bag and no fries. I said I don’t have fries, and they gave me a small fries and I gave them my receipt to look at.

I ordered a chocolate shake & got vanilla. This restaurant could be cleaner. Staff is friendly. They don't pay attention to details. Not allowed to get a shake in the morning is odd too.

Sadly McDonald's has become incredibly overpriced for food that is simple and plain, with questionable quality. When fast food places exceed the price of a regular sit-down restaurant like Applebee's, you've lost the plot.

Ordered for pickup, did not receive my bottle of water, or my sauces that I ordered, when I received my food all my fries were upside down dumped in the bag, kinda to be expected when ordering from this place but still, menu prices go up and the service continues to go down.
