The dining room is mostly] closed The kiosk won't prompt for table numbers, no receipts and no table delivery. You have to go into the kitchen to check order. This is 8 out of 10 times. We go every two weeks. It's a small town so they have a captive market.

I asked for a number 7 and asked for large fries. I got my order looked in my bag and no fries. I said I don’t have fries, and they gave me a small fries and I gave them my receipt to look at.

I ordered a chocolate shake & got vanilla. This restaurant could be cleaner. Staff is friendly. They don't pay attention to details. Not allowed to get a shake in the morning is odd too.

Sadly McDonald's has become incredibly overpriced for food that is simple and plain, with questionable quality. When fast food places exceed the price of a regular sit-down restaurant like Applebee's, you've lost the plot.

Ordered for pickup, did not receive my bottle of water, or my sauces that I ordered, when I received my food all my fries were upside down dumped in the bag, kinda to be expected when ordering from this place but still, menu prices go up and the service continues to go down.

saddest mcdonalds around i’d say, my cheeseburgers every time only ever has one pickle (even paying up charge for extra) this time it doesn’t even have cheese. my 6 piece with a big six on the box only had 4 nuggets. just why??
Went through the drive through tonight was at the pay window no was there the line cleared ahead of me so after sitting there for a few drove forward the girl at the front window said had to pay at the back window explained no one was there she got mad for having to take my phone to pay then when she got back had an attitude shoved my stuff at me didn’t even ask if needing thing else and when asked for ketchup shut the window and walked off not acknowledging me asking for sauce

Was in there around 10:30am on 6/15 atmosphere was hectic i was waiting a good 15 minutes for a small order,while waiting the manager or shift lead this morning was constantly yelling at her works about waiting on food, also cussing at workers. I asked for a refund 2 or 3 times cause i was tired of waiting and i was gonna be stuck waiting longer that request was disregarded as i was ignored by the shift lead or manager in the purple shirt she than yelled at the workers to take the biscuit from someone elses order and put it with my because i refused a McMuffin as supplement for the biscuit. Definitely recommend stopping at a different location or a different restaurant in general. Personally wont be returning there
