Great worker's, very nice and helpful. Awesome coffee , very clean. Haven't had a coffee I didn't like there. And always accommodating and offer great ideas to make your drink fit you. Love it!!
Kid-friendliness: My kids like the different drink's and they are always helpful when deciding which.
Dietary restrictions: There's not alot of the sugar free option anywhere! But they try to accommodate as best they can.

Nothing like coming in to a coffee shop and not even getting so much as a hello or any form of acknowledgement from the barista as she talks to a customer while you wait in line, but then a customer that walks in behind u she obviously knows and they get a nice big friendly hello!

I tried the mallowmaisu, it was fabulous! I added an extra shot of espresso to make my day a little better.
If you're in Richmond try Black sheep coffee! Super thankful for a nice coffee shop close to work!
