Smash burgers were not smash burgers

Every time I come tot his location and ask for extra sauce I get barely enough sauce to eat my meal. On top of that burgers sandwiches burritos are always just slapped together and a mess to try and eat when half the burger isn’t even on the bun.

Absolutely unequivocally indubitably mid, there's nothing to particularly set apart the transcendent experience that is this sonic compared to say excelsior's sonic. As a former worker I can say anyone who comes after 9 to get ice cream deserves long walks and short piers✨♥️✨

Drinks and Ice Cream creations are the main jam. Sonic fills an important niche in the restaurant industry. As a lover of spices, it's not my favorite place to eat. Even the sauces are mediocre, Yet, what they lack in flavor, they make up for in convenience. Drinks are where the flavor is at.

1 star is giving too much credit here. We have submitted complaints before this as well… We ordered burgers tonight and had hair in both of ours along with missing items in our order as well as incorrect adjustments to each. It’s super frustrating to order takeout, get home and settled and then sit down to this. This location needs to undergo new ownership, management and team operations. Owner - expect more from your management. Management - train, follow up and expect more from your team. Team ops - execute the process and be consistent…………

November 6, 2024, I witnessed an employee (did not know if he was on duty or off duty) outside playing with a dog in a customers car in front of me in the drive-thru. He then went in and began preparing an order without washing his hands. No hair net.. nothing but was in and around food, etc
Would you want him preparing your food after having a slobbering dog licked all over his hands? I DO NOT! I have animals. I love them, but I don't want to eat after someone else's dog slobber.
I politely mentioned it to the lady who took my order that someone should really address the fact that that guy just came in and hadn't washed his hands. She just kind of nodded her head, and I said thank you.
November 6, I called the store and spoke with Curtis, the acting manager. He was very short and rude. He stated he was there last night (November 6) and knew what I was talking about. This was his response to my concern about it being gross.. "The individual wasn't on the clock, and I sent him home. Can I help you with anything else? What can I DO for you? " He hung up on me while I was asking.. why was anyone off the clock entering the side door? It's posted? It's clearly marked that you're not supposed to be coming in and out that door if you're off the clock. Guess he didn't like that question.. that's ok. Corporate was very interested.

No worries, I knew better than to go to Sonic to begin with ..a look at the reviews will show what I'm talking about. Cleaning the store up a little bit and maybe making sure the orders are prepared correctly is where I think you should start.

I work in Richmond and visit this location often. I always order a small blast with chocolate. Very rarley is it ever made correctly, they always forget to add the chocolate! Today I asked the girl at the drive through window and she assured me it was in there just blended up into the blast. When I get back to work and start eating it, there's no chocolate AGAIN!! So frustrating!
