Went through the drive through and placed my order. Waited for about 20 minutes and so I left. I was never acknowledged by any of the 4 employees that were working.

They never have anything ready came in at 11 today for some lunch they didn't even have bread made they had nothing on the line young girl behind counter was disrespectful rolling her eyes she also walked off the line with a full line in lobby very disappointed

In from out of town and stopped in for lunch and was rudely told before we ever made it inside the door that they were out of bread. Which is what is but could have been a bit more friendly. No customer service at this location.

Don't get the wraps. The wraps used to be served on a tortilla. Now, it's an open-ended piece of dry flat bread. It is virtually impossible to eat without it going everywhere. The subs also seem to have less on them.

We stopped by here on our way home from Excelsior Springs. Google said they close at 10pm, they were quick to inform us the lobby closes at 9pm. It was 8:35pm when we arrived. It took them over 15 minutes to take our order and make our sandwiches. Both ladies had zero personality and moved slow as molasses. As soon as they finished making our sandwiches, they were sure to make sure we knew the lobby closes in 10 minutes. We assured them we eat fast. All 3 boys and myself were don't eating before 9pm and my wife was extremely close to being done when they came out to announce that they needed to close the lobby. We normally clean up our table crumbs, etc before we leave. Since the floor hadn't been swept and the tables all had crap all over them, we had zero qualms not cleaning our crumbs up so they could lock their lobby. They did a good job on the sandwiches and the food was good. Their attitudes just absolutely sucked. Nobody is forcing you to work there and we were extremely polite regardless of their attitudes. I never leave negative reviews, but their insistence on constantly reminding us about the lobby closing rubbed me the wrong way. Especially since we were taking greater pains to expedite our visit than they were. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night, I don't know, but it was pretty annoying.
Firstly, there were three employees there only one of whom was working. The other two were on their cell phones. The one who was working moved at the speed of smell, they only had white and wheat bread, of course. And then repeatedly kept asking me if I wanted the recommended ingredients after I had already mentioned that I will just order as I go, culminating in one of them putting ranch on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. Lastly, it was $30 for two sandwiches and one drink. That will be the last time I ever darken the door of the subway.
If I could give it less than 1 I would! Horrible experience! No customer service here! I ordered 1 6inch and had no toppings but they weren't going to ring me up til after they made the 4 sandwich for the lady BEHIND ME! I'm standing there with money out and my sandwich getting cold at register and she goes back to make other ladies food instead of letting me pay for my one sandwich and leave! So I walked out and will never go to a Subway again!!!!! Plenty of other places for sandwich!
Never use the app. They push your order to the end and it makes your wait even longer

Never had a good experience at this one. If you order online don’t show up until about 30 minutes after your estimated time because it won’t be done even close to then. They also struggle to get your orders correct. I’ve given this spot too many chances so the location in Richmond will no longer have my business.
The Independence subway is nothing compared to this one. Every time I go in, employees are friendly and quick but efficient with orders. I will always prefer this subway.

Terrible customer service!
I arrived about 6:20 at the pick up window for my 6:00 personal pick up order, NOT a delivery driver pick up. Waited several minutes while the kid working looked at me 3 times and ignored me. A coworker came out front and went back to the back, also ignoring me.
The 1st (long/curly haired) kid finally came over and opened the window. I gave my name and he rudely snarled at me "For future reference, you have to come inside to pick it up." He spun around, went and got my order from the rack by the door, brought it back to me, and slammed the window in my face as I was saying thank you.
And, they didn't include the oil and vinegar on the side, as ordered and clearly printed on the receipt for one of the 3 sandwiches. I didn't realize it until I got home (30 miles away).
A 2nd sandwich was not toasted, and did not have pepper jack cheese, as ordered and clearly printed on the receipt.
Also, they had no other customers.

Sandwich was not prepared as ordered.. leaving ingredients off that they charge extra for.
The sandwiches were a part of the meal deal.. only 1 meal was prepared. 2 cookies ordered.. only got 1. 🤦♀️ what was the point of ordering ahead?
Avocado is a vegetable.. why is it they charge for that one vegetable?
Anyway.. clean store and employees.
