This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve EVER had!! Spent over 70 dollars! All the food was stuffed into 1 bag, food was missing and take a look at the nacho bell grande. It’s chip pieces and no beef. NEVER AGAIN

The manager here was so rude to me! When I talked with other people in the Richmond area, they all said the same thing about the manager. Why does this person still work here? She ruined the entire experience. I would give zero stars if possible.

Everytime I come to the Richmond Missouri toco bell it takes 45-50 mins for my food then when. I get it. It's wrong or it's not all there and it's cold and the Manager doesn't care. I'm not going back.

This is the worst taco bell experience I've ever had the food tastes like dirt the waiting time was 40 minutes for 6 tacos and the other customer complained 3 times about there food and the cars where geting screamed at by workers and the line was building up all the tables where nasty door dash guy had to come in 4 times for 1 order never coming back

Slowest taco bell on planet earth 🌏. Check out the food temperatures, you all are gonna kill someone. Disgusting. Thank goodness DD, refunded me. Bogus store ! I should file a lawsuit. Also messed up order. Pretty sure soct taco supreme had tomatoes and sour cream. Real talk, worst fast food in Richmond. Limp , totally soggy nachos. Freaking pathetic.

Never been inside, this was the first time and will also be the last. Last night the floors were so slick I had to be very careful walking. There was a lady sitting waiting for her food when we had ordered. She waited over 30 mins. We watched as they prepared her food. The main lady apologized for the wait and compensated the lady with extra chicken but the you get lady that prepared the meal to go touched the chicken with her gloved hands instead of using the tongs. Which the gloves she touch the food with had been on her hands the whole entire time. Touchikg everything then touched this customers food. I was sick. The fries that had been sitting on the counter this whole time were served to a customer in the drive threw. Our chips were stale and hard. Tasted terrible. This has happened many times. The drink station had no straws we asked for straws ans put them out for them. The counter of the drink statuon jad soda all over it. Not very clean. They were short staffed they stated which is understandable. I'd rather wait for my food and it be correct and warm and good than to wait on my food and it be terrible. This place is always out of something. Cups, sauce .. something.

Soda station was out of several beverage choices. Diet Pepsi was mostly foam coming out. Had to wait a long time to continue filling up cup.

Messed up on my order, and waited 30 min inside and they forgot part of my order and still messed up. Our taco bell order barley had any meat and it was cold..... not going back.

The drive through can be an issue. After your order is taken, they collect your money at the window but don't give you your order most times. They then have you pull forward to wait. They do this to cheat the service time clock. Drive through waits can be excessive. Inside service has improved and orders appear to come out in a reasonable time. Overall inside service and quality good.

They should say their tacos are vegetarian. You get no meat. Shells with a lot of lettuce one teaspoon of meat maybe three strands of cheese. Stopover disappointed.
