The food is good and the staff are friendly but always seem to be backed up and you will likely have a bit of a wait time. So sad their prices are no longer as competitive with other fast food options. Lately out of some of our favorites.

This rating has to do with bang for the buck. If you have a Mexican restaurant in your town, what the actual hell are you doing going to Taco Bell. Stale tasting shells that aren't crisp, low grade beef with seasoning that tastes highly processed. The reconstituted taste of several ingredients in their food beg for proper seasoning. There is a real Mexican restaurant down the street where the food is significantlyless expensive. Order the Chorizo Queso, you'll thank me. People must eat Taco Bell out of habit or something.

Taco Bell good was horrible. The soft tacos were tough the cheese sauce with the nacho chips had a chemical taste. The KFC food was good besides the chicken tenders they were tiny and had hardly any coating on them!
This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve EVER had!! Spent over 70 dollars! All the food was stuffed into 1 bag, food was missing and take a look at the nacho bell grande. It’s chip pieces and no beef. NEVER AGAIN

The manager here was so rude to me! When I talked with other people in the Richmond area, they all said the same thing about the manager. Why does this person still work here? She ruined the entire experience. I would give zero stars if possible.

Everytime I come to the Richmond Missouri toco bell it takes 45-50 mins for my food then when. I get it. It's wrong or it's not all there and it's cold and the Manager doesn't care. I'm not going back.
