If you are hungry and in the area, I would not recommend this restaurant. Was told wait was supposed to be 20 minutes, waited almost an hour. The queso tasted store bought and the service was abysmal. Drinks took almost 20 minutes after being seated. The location and ambiance is great!

Mid for sure. Probably some much better local Mexican restaurants around you could go to

Food was gross and tiny portions with way too high of a price. The overpriced but DELICIOUS bat blood drinks on the golf cart ride were 10x better than anything in the restaurant. Not worth the wait at all. Staff were rude and unaccommodating and acted like they didn’t want us there at all. The staff also weren’t interested in taking care of their duties and we watched multiple people run around stealing food from tables that were left for far too long without being cleared off. The highlight was the shuttle rides to and from the restaurant. Might as well ride up and straight back down!

While the restaurant offered nice hilltop views, this was the worst dining experience we’ve had in this area. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes and ended up waiting for 45 just to get crammed onto a tiny rickety table while we watched other large groups come in behind us and get seated before us. We then waited 15 minutes for a server to see us and got food that was honestly abysmal. The guacamole had clearly been made hours before and was served in an extra soup bowl like an afterthought. The chips were store bought, bland, and served in a pile of crumbs. The queso resembled nacho cheese from a baseball game and the salsa and margaritas were the only good part. Everything was highly overpriced for what we got. We did not even stay for an entree.

40 min wait even though they had plenty of tables and 5 servers standing around. No concern about customer experience. I waited 35 min and ask about my table. She said 20 min more to wait. They had 10 customers seated and 8 servers standing around. We just left

Our server Janice B. made our experience 10/10! As a business owner I appreciate good worth ethic and great customer service. Thank you Janice. If you are in Branson. Spend a day here at top of the rock and have lunch at Arnies Barn.

The food was was soo bad and especially for the money! We had a great time at the Top of the Rock and the museum but I wish we had just skipped this awful experience. The Birria's where crunchy and tasteless. It was our least favorite dinning experience while in Branson.

Beautiful views and lovely old barn but slowest Mexican lunch I've ever had. Food was yummy but overpriced.

Well, perhaps because where I come from and Mexican families run the Mexican restaurants, I am spoiled.
This place is very high priced. Maybe they are thinking of fusion of some type? I don't know.
I was really disappointed.
AND no salsa? We got sour cream, but no salsa. Come on now.
I just can't recommend this place at the prices they charge.
Wife and I.
Two entrees only.
Two Cokes.
With tip. $90.00.
Yes, very costly.
To be fair, I am not familiar with what Tex Mex is.

For a $116 dollar meal on 12/19 for lunch absolutely terrible food - rice was sticky not tasty, chicken was dry, $40 fajitas not worth the price - I have had better from a hole in the wall. Guacamole was average. the Diet Coke was flat never refilled and the $15 margarita was average so filled with ice there was three sips to the glass. Waitress was not good never checked on us - she is lucky we went ahead and tipped her 20% on $116 and there was only 4 other tables being served. I wish I would have read the reviews as it looks like some changes need to be made.

I ordered the Bison Taco dish or whatever it's called, and hot tea and my companion ordered the jalapeno Swiss cheeseburger. Both dishes were tasty and filling. It's a little overpriced, but you are paying for the view and the ambiance. Our server was efficient and very friendly, providing refills frequently without being asked.
I would patronize again.

Parking: I think you have to take a shuttle bus to get there from The Visitor Center unless you're staying at the lodge

This place is a waste of money. The birra tacos were a joke. They were pretty much just pot roast (bison) tacos that were almost as dry as the rice. The rice could not get any drier and flavorless. I did not know that was possible. My daughter ordered the fajitas and it was supoise ti be chicken and shrimp but she got chicken and steak. The chicken tasted ok but the steak was tough and no flavor. The waitress brought her a bowl of shrimp they could've kept. It looked great on the outside but the inside was mushy and dry which was a weird experience. Lastly, we ordered sopapillas. They were not that. They were over cooked chips with cinnamon sugar. The food is over priced and underwhelming. If you're going to charge people that much might ey yall need to step your game up or lower your prices to reflect the quality of food.

Our server Joe was amazing! We enjoyed every minute! Taylor was very nice as she helped deliver the food. The bartenders Justice and Chey made wonderful drinks.
