Went for breakfast buffet, made reservations but really didn't need to (at 9am). Cool looking restaurant, wish the weather has been nicer so we could have sat on the deck. Service was super friendly and attentive. Coffee and food were great--better than a hotel breakfast buffet, for sure! Had an omelette station, too. A tad overpriced for the size/selection of the buffet, but all the restaurants on the property are geared towards tourists and a bit overpriced.
The view from the deck was amazing. I had the trout and my wife had the prime rib. The food and service was great!
Very friendly staff, great food and nice atmosphere.
Our service was amazing from reservations to hosts to server to the kitchen staff that prepared the food. Our entire party of 15 was very impressed with the service, the ambiance, and the food and drinks. Definitely try the cornbread and specialty drinks! Highly Recommend!
Expensive, but expected in a 'captured' environment. Food was good, not great.
Service was good for the number of staff that were on deck.
Key-lime pie was nicely done!
Over priced and underwhelmed. The arena staff and traffic made it impossible to make our reservation. Event staff blocked the road and made us go to the concert. Tried to get us to pay parking. Said these aren't public roads so they don't need to stay open. Trying to take my wife to a nice bday dinner and we couldn't enjoy it after that. Also they destroyed the devils pool and it is a fake waterfall. So that's not worth it either.
Never again.
Loved the ambience and lodge feel of the restaurant from the moment we stepped inside. We started with the fried ravioli and marinara sauce which was delicious! My husband got the prime rib and I got the salmon and lemon risotto and both were cooked perfectly! They give nice, large servings too. Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary dinner and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the outside deck. Hope to return soon!
I've eaten at this establishment for over 20 years and have always found the food and service to be superb. The last three times I have eaten there the food and the service have both declined. I hope we can see it returned to its previous levels.
Parking: Nightly entertainment is normally a great bonus

Beautiful restaurant, nice folks serving, but the food quality is just not at the price point. It's pretty disappointing. We ate right at 11am, and the brisket on the poutine was, ehh, almost like leftovers, or they ordered in pre-cooked.

Security was disrespectful in rude along with the staff cleaning up at the end of the night was very disrespectful and rude talking under their breath Saying bad stuff about the customers. We go to top of the rock and stay in the cabins all the time, but we will never go back to this restaurant.

My husband and I visited this beautiful restaurant on Christmas Day. The food was excellent. We loved the Christmas buffet! The prime rib was the best we have ever tasted! All the other dishes were very good, as well. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.

The wait was ridiculous even with a reservation, but the food was worth the wait!! Donel was one of the best servers we have had anywhere. Her recommendations were spot on, and service was excellent. The cornbread is out of this world!! Chicken fried bison was amazing, as well as the potato soup and steak fondue. We had a table of 9, and our order was quick to the table once ordered.

Very disappointed. The staff had the wrong date down for our reservation. So we had to wait an hour for a table. The appetizer was delicious, however once our entrees arrived, loud, obnoxious music and a guy on a mic came up through the floor! Our chairs and the floor vibrated, it was so loud. Then add in the Christmas music inside the restaurant - what a mess! The staff said this was normal, every night. We boxed up our $150 meal and left.
Staff offer NO compensation for their mixed up reservations, the loud, obnoxious bar/entertainment noise from below us and we left very disappointed. It was to be a special night that was totally ruined. We hardly get out, and this night was to be my birthday celebration dinner. Would never go again. They need to fix the sound issues or at least warn patrons on their website of the floor vibrating and loud noise below. Again, bitterly disappointed overall.
Update on review as I want to be fair: The restaurant management reached out to me immediately and was very apologetic and explained the band/mic show below begins at 8:45 (we got seated at 8:30) and the. offered us a comped dinner. I just received a beautiful card and $150 gift certificate for another dinner at their location. We appreciated the immediate contact and their gesture to make it right. Again, the food was delicious and if dining prior to 8:45, the atmosphere is welcoming. Hope this helps.
