The bartender Jlyn was so much fun and had a bubbling personality that kept me smiling the whole time!! Jackie the owner helped my boyfriend in surprising me with a birthday cake!! “I was in Lake Ozark for a week filming a movie and ended up at The Rusty Rooster for breakfast three times — and I can honestly say it became one of the highlights of my trip. The food is beyond delicious (every plate felt like the perfect start to the day), but what really stood out was the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The only bread they have is cornbread that is an additional charge. I’ve never been to a restaurant with no bread available……?”
