Worst KFC I have ever had. Chicken skin was soggy and doughy. Fries were not edible. Seriously disgusting. We were traveling or we would have returned the food.

I ordered the 3 piece big box meal and all 3 pieces sitting together in the corner of the box looked like one normal size piece of chicken, maybe it was Cornish Hen and not chicken idk. It didn't even the KFC chicken flavor to it, like maybe they ran out of their batter and had to run to the dollar store to get a replacement, no flavor and it was so pale looking and flaky even though I ordered original recipe.

They poisoned me, first they gave me cold fries and chicken sandwich. I had them redo my order and have had it coming out of both ends for the last 24 hours. Will never go back and I advise to use caution eating there.

We ordered 2 box meals both extra crispy. We got original recipe in both boxes. Both boxes were supposed to have potatoes and gravey We got one mashed potatoes with gravey and one with corn. They had run out of biscuits so we subtitud french fries which were over cooked. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL????

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy meal, with a large masked potato and gravy and large coleslaw. I specifically ordered thighs and legs. The chicken was not extra crispy, nor was it thighs and legs! It was all white meat!! They didn't fill the large coleslaw even half full! I won't be going back!
SICK TO DEATH OF EATING BABY CHICKENS AT KFC!! my 4 piece meal had such tiny pieces of chicken! The gravy and potatoes have gone totally down hill! Employees were busy running in and out of the store to go see someone sitting in a car and smoking cigarettes. Can't tell me 4 employees were on a break at same time and left 1 lady in there by herself! $38. Wasted!!

We live about 20 Minutes away and ended up getting rotten chicken after spending $32 on bucket special! Called and she said they need me to bring it back in. I always order online from there but never again. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this KFC at all! Didn’t even get the biscuits we ordered either!
Worst taco bell in the area. They are liars and thiefs. You never get your full order or the correct order. How the manager still has a job is beyond me.

Rogersville, MO franchise needs some quality control in drive through service. Every time we have ordered here it is incorrect. Drove 30 minutes to reach location only for them to get it wrong. Ordered 2 8-piece meals, one with chicken the other with strips. Both come with 2 sides and biscuits. However. We Got home and instead of Mac & cheese with corn sides we ordered, we had 2 sides of potatoes and 2 Cole slaw. Our kids don’t like either one, hence the request for Mac & cheese and corn. So I guess they just get chicken because they won’t eat what we were given. Also there was no gravy to go with the potatos. We also didn’t get ANY biscuits for either meal. Lots of butter and honey though????? $70 for our kids to eat chicken strips……..hmmm.
