I ordered 3 meals none of which had biscuits. I called was told they were out of biscuits . This would have been fine had I not been lied too. I was told we have you extra chicken. No ma’am you did not. Also you weren’t even transparent about the fact my order wasn’t complete. I found out after getting home.

Ordered dine in and food came out fast. Which in this case isn't always a good thing. I got a chicken sandwich and fries which both ended up being barely warm, and to top it off not good. I wouldn't recommend eating at this KFC. If food is fresh it may be good.

I ordered the 3 piece big box meal and all 3 pieces sitting together in the corner of the box looked like one normal size piece of chicken, maybe it was Cornish Hen and not chicken idk. It didn't even the KFC chicken flavor to it, like maybe they ran out of their batter and had to run to the dollar store to get a replacement, no flavor and it was so pale looking and flaky even though I ordered original recipe.

They poisoned me, first they gave me cold fries and chicken sandwich. I had them redo my order and have had it coming out of both ends for the last 24 hours. Will never go back and I advise to use caution eating there.

We ordered 2 box meals both extra crispy. We got original recipe in both boxes. Both boxes were supposed to have potatoes and gravey We got one mashed potatoes with gravey and one with corn. They had run out of biscuits so we subtitud french fries which were over cooked. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL????

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy meal, with a large masked potato and gravy and large coleslaw. I specifically ordered thighs and legs. The chicken was not extra crispy, nor was it thighs and legs! It was all white meat!! They didn't fill the large coleslaw even half full! I won't be going back!
