I ordered online gor my order drove 30mins home to find out they forget 8 pieces of chicken tenders. I called and was insulted and called names.then got a managers who said uh huh, yeah, uh huh, then hung up on me. So they keep the chicken and the money....the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my entire life...Wow!

Workers was rude, chicken was cold. Got a famous bowl and the chicken pieces was hard and cold. Way over cooked. Didn't get our biscuits with our meals.Bathrooms was nasty ?Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my kids in here if you don't want them to hear foul language from the workers or just plain rudeness!My daughter (10) was just blown away by the words coming out of the employees mouth!We left rite after that and will not be back!

I hate this place! Every time I go there they get my order wrong or forget something. I waited for my drink because they forgot it and then he had to change the the Dr. Pepper and it wasn’t working so I had to get something else. I got home and my spicy chicken sandwich literally had hardly any sauce and it tasted old. I called to either get my money back or something else to replace it, but they told me they were too busy to do anything for me and he knows they put sauce on it. I’m not going back here! And this review is for the rogersville location.
