So disappointed to stop for Chinese at Lucy's in Rogersville, and not provided utensils at the drive thru. $10 for HALF order of General Chicken that I can't eat...and when I called to suggest they provide utensils for drive thru customers, Cassandra's apology fell short, only ensuring that next time she'll ask if I need silverware. It's a safe assumption that drive thru customers need a fork for Chinese food. There won't be a next time.

The noodles have no flavor or seasoning on the meat. Honestly sad when Top Ramen from the store has more flavor than a Chinese restaurant!!!

We grabbed a quick dinner at Lucy’s tonight. It was our first time to “dine in” at this location. Honestly one of the neatest and best kept restaurants I have ever visited! Everything was neat, organized and readily available. The tables were all clean, the floor was clean, the counters. Definitely five stars!

First time ever eating at a Lucy’s, but I live in Rogersville now and I didn’t want to drive to Springfield to get my usual, so I decided to give something close a try. First off, I wish I would have got the womans name for a more personal recognition for this review, but her customer service was wonderful and much appreciated! Very friendly and she even threw in extra fortune cookies for my kids! The price of the food I would say is average! A good timely manner of the drive-thru! And the food was DELICIOUS! Great serving sizes for both the children’s meal and mine. I am extremely picky when it comes to Chinese food, but this was hot and fresh, the rice and chicken weren’t dry at all and it all was full of flavor! I will absolutely be returning, and I absolutely recommend!! ?
