After placing a mobile order today I was told at the window they ran out of beef. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They fixed my order and were so kind and helpful. The manager was awesome as well.

Every time I’ve gone to McDonald’s and it’s roughly every other day or so, they forget something in my order! I order a quarter pounder with cheese and get two double cheeseburgers, I ordered McFlurry and they don’t give them to me, I order large fries with a large meal and they don’t give me the fries, even the drinks I don’t wind up with straws. And tonight I order two apple pies it’s on the ticket and I don’t get them. I live 10 miles away. And it’s not worth it for me to go all the way back there just to get what they missed and forgot to put in my bag. I even checked and they still mess up. I ordered a ranch style snack wrap, and I wind up with a spicy one. These kids who were running the window or doing the ordering need to absolutely start paying attention to the orders!!!

One of the worst. Drive thru Lines are consistently wrapped around the building. Pre-orders is just as bad. Waiting 20 + minutes for this basic food is beyond ridiculous. Management here DOES NOT CARE. Fix it or maybe buikld a full size restaurant.

Used app had double quarter paid 3.98 extra to add 2 parties of course they didn't put the 2 extra paddies on called them they said my name bee in book low and behild they didn't put name in book so i loose my 3.98 i will not be a regular anymore.they always struggle to get easy orders right there management doesnt care

Every time I’ve gone to McDonald’s and it’s roughly every other day or so, they forget something in my order!
