Nice place great food!

It's an entry-level job. You really can't expect the employees to be happy and care about your food. My burger looked like someone made it from across the room and threw stuff at a bun. Fries were room-temp, at best. Sonic has really went downhill in the last decade.

Ordered from the App, from a stall. Food arrived quickly, carhop was courteous (not necessarily "bubbly", but hey, everyone isn't "bubbly"). The double cheeseburger and tots was delicious. I gave only 4 stars on atmosphere, because...well....how much atmosphere can a Sonic have? Overall very good experience.

I’ve been coming here on and off for years. Every time I come, I usually get my kids The sausage breakfast burritos. I kept noticing that they would only put one or two tiny pieces of sausage in the Burritos. This Last time I came, there was none. I was very professional and tried speaking to the manager about it. She decided she wanted to get an attitude with me when I was just trying to find a resolution. She denied what I was saying about there being no sausage in the burritos. I don’t understand why anyone would lie about something like that. Anyways, we will not be returning due to how the manager handled this situation. She wanted me to drive 30 minutes back to the store To give her the food that I had already thrown out. They also failed to give me a receipt. I would definitely not recommend this particular sonic to anyone. Do your business elsewhere.

Today I stopped at the Sonic in Rogersville Mo and ordered a Dr Pepper and a Coke. 20 minutes later still waiting in the drive through line, watching them take drinks and food to the other vehicles behind us, I asked one of the car hops if she knew why we hadn't got our drinks . She said she would go check and see. The next thing we know this woman comes out and says Hey what's your problem. I said we were just wondering how much longer on the 2 drinks we ordered. She said they had several big orders an we would just have to wait. She was extremely rude. So I said we would just go to which she yells at me Okay have a good day. At that point because she had been and was continuing to yell and be rude I said I thank you and I will be filling a complaint. She yells I'm the manager go ahead and file a complaint while waving her arms around. We've overlooked the missing food, incorrect orders ect st this Sonic for months but that behavior is unacceptable.

Irritating when you receive your drink and it doesn’t have the ingredients you asked for and paid for. When a shark bite drink has no sweet cream in it, it makes the who drink off.
