Stopped to get two shakes for my mom and I-Total was just under $12, and the shakes were so foamy they are nothing but fluff!, like a $5 cup of cool whip! We were traveling, so couldn’t request refund, but this thing is sitting here at room temperature, and the consistency hasn’t changed a bit! Mom dumped hers in the sink with water running, and it just sat there like a lump of styrofoam 😫
Ordered a burger that was supposed to have Texas toast and it came with a regular bun. Also ordered a chicken sandwich and the piece of chicken was the size of a chicken strip not the advertised patty.
It's an entry-level job. You really can't expect the employees to be happy and care about your food. My burger looked like someone made it from across the room and threw stuff at a bun. Fries were room-temp, at best. Sonic has really went downhill in the last decade.
