It's an entry-level job. You really can't expect the employees to be happy and care about your food. My burger looked like someone made it from across the room and threw stuff at a bun. Fries were room-temp, at best. Sonic has really went downhill in the last decade.
Ordered from the App, from a stall. Food arrived quickly, carhop was courteous (not necessarily "bubbly", but hey, everyone isn't "bubbly"). The double cheeseburger and tots was delicious. I gave only 4 stars on atmosphere, because...well....how much atmosphere can a Sonic have? Overall very good experience.
Today I stopped at the Sonic in Rogersville Mo and ordered a Dr Pepper and a Coke. 20 minutes later still waiting in the drive through line, watching them take drinks and food to the other vehicles behind us, I asked one of the car hops if she knew why we hadn't got our drinks . She said she would go check and see. The next thing we know this woman comes out and says Hey what's your problem. I said we were just wondering how much longer on the 2 drinks we ordered. She...
