I just ordered a footlong sandwich tonight for pick up. Asked for pepperjack cheese & I got American cheese. Asked for regular oil, got red wine vinegar. Which somehow got outside the wrapping? Making the paper all soggy. I didn’t ask for toasted and my top bread was rock as a rock and my bottom bread was soggy. Asked for cucumbers, and I literally only got 2 are y’all rationing? Not my first iffy experience at this Rogersville Subway. It’s hard for me to wanna come back here when the price of a combo is close to $20 WITH A TIP. Didn’t think it was that hard to make a sandwich but damn y’all figured out how.

Lettuce turning brown and wilted, with shreds of rotten lettuce on the sandwich. Tomatoes old and tasted bad. Onions were huge pieces that no one would want to eat. Bathroom commode actually had black mold in it. There was a brown smear on the wall next to the light switch. Unacceptable food and cleaning

This is to the owners of this subway this is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. I have gave them multiple chances. The worst customer service I have ever seen, always out of something that you want I watched a elderly woman try and get her drink filled with a lid and straw. And asked the 3 employees standing behind the counter for a lid a straw and they said they are over there. As someone had to go over and tell them there was none. This was your last chance for me. Maybe the owners should be more involved in there day to day operations of there restaurant.

My daughter went in, asked if they had chicken salad. Guy said yes. She told them she wanted it with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Didnt get a receipt, we should have asked for one. Got home, no chicken salad! Just lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and onions! When I called, treated me like im trying to get away with something! So im taking the sandwich back tomorrow

It’s sad when the customer knows more about what goes on the sandwich than the employee. I asked for a footling meatball. Employee gives me only five meatballs on my sandwich. When I tried to ask about how many meatballs go on a sandwich she scoffs at me and says “ about six”. Everyone knows you’re supposed to get eight. Just got ripped off and even gave her a chance to fix her mistake. Please do better in training employees. “About six”. For god sake.

Make sure that you have all of your food before you leave if you order on line. I placed an order as I was heading out of town. Part of it was missing. I called to inform them and that It wasn't a big deal but I'd stop in the next and get the items. I was informed that if I didn't come back right away to get them then then I'm out of luck. I was already 30 minutes away before I saw items missing. So to lose an hour of driving time wasn't worth it. Will not buy there again. will go to new Sandwich in town from now on.
