I’m aware with mobile orders they typically expect you to grab your own drinks out of the cooler, I’m assuming so they can stay cool. I picked up a mobile order, got home and there were no chips in my bag. I guess they expect customers to come in and pick up their food, pick out their chips and then pick out their drink. Really no point in doing a mobile order if that’s the case. Either the employees are extremely lazy here or subway has some messed up policies.

Terrible service. I'm not one to leave a review but the service was that bad. There was 4 people there. Only one of them was the problem and a big one. Very rude. Emphasis on rude....she didn't have a name tag so I don't know her name. Think that would be policy.

I think the guys name is Caleb he was supposed to make our food Sunday 03/02/2025. He smelled bad of BO. I didn't even stick around to eat. I know the food is normally spectacular but given the smell, I lost my appetite. I overheard others speaking about it in the line behind me as well.

Have been a customer at this location since fall of 2023, for takeout. Purchase frequency at least once a month and online member. We made our LAST purchase yesterday! In our last several months of purchases (or more) - each purchase became less and less in quality and quantity - substancially so. It's now reached the mostly bread and very little meats and/or accompanying contents - and very little condiments. The reduction of sandwich contents is blatant and pathetic; and no reduction in price. We got our Titan Turkey yesterday and there was barely two thin slices of turkey, few if any tomatoes, very little lettuce, and little or no mayo; the sandwich was completely closed because of so little product content. No matter what sandwich you order - including the Beast - NONE are buldging with product - just skimpy in whatever content is in sandwich. It was not like this months ago! Either the franchisee is cutting back on content and/or the staff has no clue how a truly good sub should be made. Maybe Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's could teach and or show them.

Did a mobile order. Didn’t toast my bread, forgot the cheese and gave me the wrong bread.
I just ordered a footlong sandwich tonight for pick up. Asked for pepperjack cheese & I got American cheese. Asked for regular oil, got red wine vinegar. Which somehow got outside the wrapping? Making the paper all soggy. I didn’t ask for toasted and my top bread was rock as a rock and my bottom bread was soggy. Asked for cucumbers, and I literally only got 2 are y’all rationing? Not my first iffy experience at this Rogersville Subway. It’s hard for me to wanna come back here when the price of a combo is close to $20 WITH A TIP. Didn’t think it was that hard to make a sandwich but damn y’all figured out how.

Lettuce turning brown and wilted, with shreds of rotten lettuce on the sandwich. Tomatoes old and tasted bad. Onions were huge pieces that no one would want to eat. Bathroom commode actually had black mold in it. There was a brown smear on the wall next to the light switch. Unacceptable food and cleaning

Worst place ever it would be nice to get a quick fast food meal in rogersville but that seems to be a problem wtf is wrong with restaurants. How about subway bake bread more than once a day every time I go in at dinner time it's old dry bread. And lastly where is a manger . I have yet to see any supervision at this location
