My daughter went in, asked if they had chicken salad. Guy said yes. She told them she wanted it with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Didnt get a receipt, we should have asked for one. Got home, no chicken salad! Just lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and onions! When I called, treated me like im trying to get away with something! So im taking the sandwich back tomorrow

It’s sad when the customer knows more about what goes on the sandwich than the employee. I asked for a footling meatball. Employee gives me only five meatballs on my sandwich. When I tried to ask about how many meatballs go on a sandwich she scoffs at me and says “ about six”. Everyone knows you’re supposed to get eight. Just got ripped off and even gave her a chance to fix her mistake. Please do better in training employees. “About six”. For god sake.

Make sure that you have all of your food before you leave if you order on line. I placed an order as I was heading out of town. Part of it was missing. I called to inform them and that It wasn't a big deal but I'd stop in the next and get the items. I was informed that if I didn't come back right away to get them then then I'm out of luck. I was already 30 minutes away before I saw items missing. So to lose an hour of driving time wasn't worth it. Will not buy there again. will go to new Sandwich in town from now on.

Tony was wonderful. 10/27/2023. Sweet Caroline was playing over the speakers and he came out singing and got a bunch of us to sing with him. It was a wonderful thing to do and it made our day. This review is not so much a review of this subway, but all subways Subway used to be a very good sandwich shop. However, it seems lately the customer service has gone down which can be understood in light of the way things are these days. the experience now is wait in line forever. You then pay approximately $15 for a sandwich you are then expected to tip between 15 and 22% which is simply ridiculous.

I'll never order using the app again.The last 3 times they messed up my order I always order double protein and get my sub toasted and by the time I get home I get none of that. A couple times when I get the message my order is ready I have to wait 15 more mins before my order comes out. I was giving g them the benefit of the doubt so I went again today. I ordered 2 footlongs and chips and they come out with 2 6 inch subs and not only that the order is wrong again. The only way you know your sandwich will be done correctly is walk in the store. I wonder if the kids working there is even under any management there but the service is getting as bad as the KFC in town.Vegetarian options: More sandwiches

My wife ordered a tuna sandwich online and returned home to find the tuna had been left off. No biggie, mistakes happen.We called the store and told the manager who first ask us to bring the sandwich back, but as I live 10 miles away I took photos of the sandwich. He told me that I could come in for a replacement, and we thanked him. Five minutes later the manager calls back telling my wife that they had reviewed 'camera footage' and the tuna was on the sandwich. He then proceeded to tell her that there was nothing he could do, I should call the district manager. I will in the morning, as it wasn't about a free sandwich, hey, mistakes happen. Calling my wife a liar? This restaurant has lost my business.
