Truly awful I got cinnamon twists with 0 cinnamon sugar, my Mexican pizza box looked like someone shoved it down into my food. employees are always fine but the food is bad every time. For sure the last time I stop here

This is the first time I have left tacobell satisfied with the food/management usually the food is a hit and miss and if you ask for it to be remade you feel like youre asking to much tonight the buns on my chicken Littles were hard and when I went in to have them fixed the manager was really nice she fixed the problem and said they were trying to turn the store around she offered me apple pie poppers for the mistake it was a refreshing experience compared to how it usually is.

I have tried and tried to give this place a chance. I made a complaint months ago and was reached out to by management that they’re working on things.
Decided to see how things were only to be disappointed again and again.
They constantly get my food wrong. This time half of my food was left off. Even after it was made they put beef instead of chicken.
Atmosphere wise employees yelling. I get it can be loud in the kitchen but when I can’t hear the person I’m having a conversation with over employees in the kitchen yelling.
Seems management knows there are issues but haven’t done anything to fix it.

The employees here are usually pretty friendly but the service is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is fresh but most of the time it seems old and barely warm. Also very rarely do they get our order 100% right.

Place was filthy literally evert table was dirty trash was over filled. Ordered original recipe chicken got crispy. The bathrooms were just as bad. Seen several of the employees hanging out outside the store while one guy was doing all the orders. Definitely no manager on duty is so hard to tell. I had to ask for a wash clothe to clean off my table to be able to sit down to eat.

This is the best Taco Bell around. They give you the correct portions and have a wonderful staff. It’s the only Taco Bell worth my money.

I will start off with saying that tonight was the best customer service I have had at this location. The woman was very nice and even had fresh potatoes dropped about 25 mins before closing. My potatoes tho were only half full. Just make sure to check your food before leaving. Still was a much better weekend crew then I have seen in the past.
