Typical fast food place
This is the best Taco Bell around. They give you the correct portions and have a wonderful staff. It’s the only Taco Bell worth my money.
Horrible. Won't go back
I will start off with saying that tonight was the best customer service I have had at this location. The woman was very nice and even had fresh potatoes dropped about 25 mins before closing. My potatoes tho were only half full. Just make sure to check your food before leaving. Still was a much better weekend crew then I have seen in the past.
They were out of cups. Who runs out of cups? This place. I didn't even eat there (why? No drink) and I'm disappointed.
Out of corn this time last time had two chalupas were so hard I couldn't eat them time before that out of Taco Bell couldn't order Taco Bell three strike you're out done with this place
2 stars because I typically have an average experience here but today was a disappointment. Today I received an order of nacho fries that was not even half full. A waste of money. The Crunchwrap supreme was “folded” halfway leaving half of the insides to spill everywhere. Crunchwraps are grilled and the tortilla hardens so it wasn’t like I could refold it myself. Usually there is a younger girl at the window that is very kind but the older lady today was just kind of pissy and doesn’t know how to take orders. After every thing I said it was just silence on her end, no “okay” or “anything else” just super awkward and inconvenient
No happy hour discount drinks and no nacho fries all year round. Would not recommend if you want taco bell

Lazy cooks and stale food. I’ve had trouble with this taco bell multiple times they give you food that’s been sitting way too long because they don’t want to cook more. On top of that if you order a burrito with any type of sauce in it you’re only going to get a dribble. Just drive to Springfield if you’re craving Taco Bell because rogersville’s is a disappointment.

They shorted me a side and there was no meat on the bones. It looked like it been sitting there dried out for a week. Had no meat on the bones. I wish I'd have taken a picture of it so I took it in and showed them and they were all rude and just stared at me rude. I guess they're used to that and the manager was also rude when I just asked to fix it. So I just asked for my money back and she was even more rude so I waited like 15 minutes wasted 20 minutes of my life!

My husband and I tried to order dinner here tonight - staff was extremely rude to us. We tried ordering 6 spicy potato tacos and the girl taking the order couldn’t understand us through the speaker, we repeated our self multiple times and were told “no, you said a number 6” which was absolutely not what we said at all. We then offered to go to the window to order so she could hear us better (thinking it was the speaker) and when we offered to do so we were told “yeah, I guess you can do that if you want”. At this point, I told my husband to leave and we went somewhere else. They were extremely rude and we will not be returning again. We will drive 15 minutes to a Taco Bell in Springfield over the 3 minute drive to this one.
Went in cashier Rebecca done amazing service for us by taking a large order for us and our kids for carry out. It was noted carry out on the ticket Rebecca carried us our order we stated it was carry out,worker Joe from the line brought usOur order, sat it on the counter and shoved it to us, did not say a word and walked away. Out to our vehicle to go through the order and we were missing some items. I went back in with the receipt and told them what we were missing. Rebecca was great but He obviously did not listen because he gave us the wrong order. We had to go back in again, when we came back out, and my family had finished going through the order, we were still missing a whole meal. Every time I ask for the correction, Joe had to mumble and shake his head and him and another woman on the line was doing nothing but absolute run their mouth and be very disrespectful rude and absolutely no customer service. (If you’re upset and want to mouth, don’t do it in front of customers, furthermore make sure you have a reason to mouth)We all have bad days and I have worked fast food when I was in school years ago and I am not a dishonest person. The third time I paid for the food! Rebecca did insist me not paying for the food, I still insisted on paying for the food because I said it is not ending at this. I’m not a dishonest person and I will not be treated like a liar when I go and show proof that I do not have what I should've been handed to me in the first place. If I was restaurant owner I would not like this representing my restaurant because I can tell you right now. I will not step foot back in the restaurant after I Paid 80+ dollars for a meal and be treated like a liar when I ask for the food I’ve paid for 3times. I truly hope this is a dress because it’s going to do nothing but runoff more business in the future.
