I’ve had lots of problem with this place but this time was the worst experience and I will never go back! Fries and chicken were undercooked and under seasoned just tasted really weird I could not eat! The mashed potatoes weren’t even mixed just powder! The tacos shells my gf had were hard like they’ve been sitting out for days! Why would anyone want to spend money on food that’s not even edible!!

I ordered 2 cheese roll ups, the guy after me ordered a full mean with actual entries and yet his came out first and mine took 15 minutes. Subway made my sandwiches, 2 footlongs, toasted, with a wait, faster than taco Bell could put down 2 cheese roll ups but can get the order after out faster despite having more food. Ridiculous.

the food is good and all but the manager there at this specific place (rogersville, MO) she was so rude for no reason. i’m 15 and my bf is 17 and we were sitting down talking until she came up to us saying how we needed to leave because we weren’t buying food. Me and my boyfriend were waiting for my mom to pick us up since neither of us have cars and we explained to her and she told us that we could wait at mcdonald’s down the street since they had a lobby. Girl how you gonna kick out 2 teens for just sitting there waiting to be picked up

We drove from Mansfield to Rogersville to get KFC. We got the 12 piece family meal and added 2 legs. We had to wait 3 minutes for the biscuits to get done (which was fine). We get home, and there's gravy everywhere. They had the paper bag with the gravy in it upside down. We called them to let them know. The manager said, "Oh well, I'll tell my crew." I thought how she talked and handled things was so rude.

As far as Taco Bells go, this is one of the better ones around. They put a fair amount of cheese on the taco (most TBs do not) and the drive thru usually moves quickly.
Drove through here on my way back home from vacation. This location was much better than your typical Taco Bell. Fast, clean, and friendly. Not to mention the food was much better cooked than usual.

Several times I've ordered here, never get decent food. I'm to the point, I don't want a refund or a "remake". I give up giving them a second shot. Why is it possible to get a stretchy, chewy, leathery thing, that's also soggy and cold? Reminds me of chewed up raw hide with cat food in it. I'm not trying to be mean, it's just gone so far down hill.
