It's š š's. We knew what to expect: Good food service and a family atmosphere. We were not disappointed.
Most had Fiesta Lime Chicken (the old tequila lime chicken) others had pastas and all enjoyed their meals.
No waiting to be seated, ordered quickly taken, salads immediately soon followed by food as we ordered it. Server kept drinks filled and coffee afterward was hot. We left fat dumb and happy and the bank wasn't broken, thanks again Applebee's.

iām not sure if the management is new however he was absolutely disrespectful. he was taller he had short brown hair & skinny. he definitely doesnāt need to be working in a restaurant or a manager. we asked for a manager for help & he did nothing but belittle us & explain that he didnāt care about what we were missing or needing. he expressed that he knew what he was doing because he went through training. definitely will not be coming back. food is mediocre anyway

Bad service down right. Our table was having many issues with the service so we asked for a manager. The manager was very disrespectful saying that he was right and the customers opinions were put second.

If I was you I would NEVER come here. Service was horrible and he was absolutely rude not helpful and belittled us.

Ordered car pickup. No one came and I waited 20 minutes. Finally went inside and food was ready and sitting there. I was told no one goes out when itās cold. My question is why is it on the site then? Food was cold and chips were soggy. I ordered nachos and they had no beef and a very small amount of cheese. I called and they took care of it but they should not advertise curbside pickup if they donāt do it.

Traveling for work and in Rolla, MO. Sitting at the bar here is a great atmosphere. Bartender and customers alike are all welcoming and friendly. Even watched a young server handle a couple rude customers very professionally.

The staff at RollaApplebees went above and beyond to ensure our visit was an enjoyable one, our waitress, Rena, was kind and knowledgeable and super friendly! The kitchen Manager, Ashley, took out concerns about my daughters garlic allergy very seriously and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with everything! We rarely dine out but will be returning here quite often! This is what a restaurant that cares about its patrons looks like!! Thank you & keep up the great work!!!

I havenāt been to Applebeeās since 2000, and now I remember why. The fries were soggy, the whiskey burger was way overcooked. And it took to long for our lunch to make it to the table. My wife enjoyed the chicken fajitas wrap. Wonāt go back, and this is the second Applebees Iāve tried!
