Asked type of cheese, told American or Swiss, I mentioned the cheddar I was looking at. Told Roast Beef doesn't have that, I would need to order a "Beef and Cheddar"... inquired what came on that, "Roast beef and cheddar cheese". Isn't that what I ordered? No. A Roast beef doesn't have cheddar cheese, only a "beef and cheddar". For $25.00 for two mediocre sandwiches and cold fries, I shouldn't have to endure the stupidity and rudeness of the boy standing at the window chatting with his friend while two ladies do all the work.

I got to be honest. This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to in my life and I've been to a lot of Arby's. I ordered two beef and Cheddar's and a large Dr Pepper. The Buns were not toasted, there was no red ranch sauce on either sandwich, and the Dr Pepper was dark but tasted like it had very little syrup. I did not go back and give them a chance to fix the order because I was in a hurry. However, this was such an easy order it really shouldn't have been this messed up the first time. There should have been at least one part of my meal that I was able to enjoy, there was not.

Greeted upon entry, pleasant interaction with cashier, who suggested a deal they had going on to save some money with the order I was placing. Food was hot & fries crispy. Thanked for coming in upon leaving. Overall a good experience for fast food.

One of the best fast food places to go to in Rolla. Highly recommend the jalapeno poppers with the bronco Berry sauce and you've got to try the French dip and swiss!
Kid-friendliness: I have an extremely hyper and eccentric 5 year old the employees are always very kind and patient, even when my daughter get louder than necessary and has a hard time making up her mind
