So Arby’s is always a peak pregnancy craving for me, but on top of it always hitting the spot at this location one staff member in particular stands out when I’ve gone; Rosie! Absolutely love her and hope they treat her and the rest of their sweet staff well.

I just went through thier drive thru 9/19/25 at 11:57 and I wish I would have gotten her name but she is very charismatic and if you are having a bad day she could definitely put a smile on your face. Even the truck behind me had a conversation with her and was smiling. Excellent customer service like that you can not teach.

Being continually cleaned during a busy lunch hour and as patrons exit tables, bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, very friendly/helpful cashier.

Once again, this Arby's location got my drive-thru order wrong. 3rd time in a row. I live 15 minutes away, so by the time I get home it's too late to go back. I called this location to let them know, and just like the last 2 times, no one answers - it just keeps ringing. This location sucks.
