Very unorganized, poorly run establishment. I've been in three times and left each time without food or drink. When I did finally get someone to take my order, she made the wrong drink and when I finally got my food I was told they did not accept cash ...? Needless to say I won't be back.

Usually I love Au Bon Pain. Their food is healthy and their soups are delicious. What's disappointing about this restaurant lately is an apparent change in how business is managed. Throwing away all of the soups an hour and a half before close. I could understand half just for convenience, but none was appalling. I'm very disappointed and if this trend continues, I'll be going elsewhere.
